Hydrogels are matrix network with high water content formed by cross-linking of polymer molecules via covalent bonds or electrostatic interactions.Because of their good biocompatibility and outstanding deformation and mobility,which determines that hydrogels have huge potential application value in medical,smart devices,industry.However,traditional hydrogels often exhibit low mechanical properties and poor stability due to lack of effective energy dissipation mechanism,which greatly limits their practical application.Therefore,how to design a strategy that can significantly improve the toughness and mechanical stability of hydrogels has became the main emphasis of research of hydrogels.Furthermore,although many new functional hydrogels have been reported in recent years,most of gels still do not possess special anisotropic structure similar to human tissues and high swelling rate,which seriously hinder the process of their practical applications.In view of the above shortcoming,based on previous studies,two clever methods of preparation were designed by means of bionics and unidirectional freezing method respectively in this paper,and two new types of hydrogels,which are PAM/GO/XNW ternary nanocomposite hydrogel with high toughness,tear-resistant performance and PAM/CNF/Au ternary nanocomposite hydrogel with anisotropic structure and fast water absorption were successfully constructed by using the above methods.Specifically,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Preparation and studying of performance of ternary hydrogels synergistically reinforced by graphene/xonotlite networkA new bionics method was employed to fabricate the PAM/GO/XNW ternary nanocomposite hydrogel,in which,graphene sheet and the xonotlite nanowires were used as cross-linking agent and the acrylamide was used as monomer.Specifically,the graphene and xonotlite were characterized by SEM,IR,TEM,etc.Moreover,the tensile test was applied to study the effects of different proportions of graphene and xonotlite on the mechanical properties of hydrogel.(2)Preparation and studying of performance of carbon fiber/GNPs ternary nanocomposite hydrogelDuring the process of preparation,the GNPS growing on carbon fiber and acrylamide were used as raw materials to synthesize PAM/CNF/Au hydrogel with anisotropic and water-absorbing ability by using the unidirectional freezing method.Specifically,a variety of characterization means were also applied to study its anisotropic structure and fast water absorption properties.Moreover,the research for its rapid absorption of water characteristics related to the application was also carried out.
