"13th Five-Year" is the key period of China’s nonferrous metals industry into the ranks of world nonferrous metal industrial power,therefore,must make the transformation and upgrading of quality and efficiency.During this period,China’s nonferrous metals enterprises are facing great strategic opportunities as well as serious challenges of many contradictions and superposition.background and significance,research contents and ideas,and explains the research methods of this paper.The second chapter summary of the theory foundation and research,firstly analyzes the basic connotation of enterprise strategic management,and then expounds the main theories of strategic management,finally summarizes the research status at home and abroad,laid the theoretical foundation for later research.The third chapter is the analysis of JX group’s business environment,one is the account of the basic situation of JX group,the two is the analysis of the macro environment of JX group company,including political,economic,social and technological environment,the three is the analysis of the JX company’s competitive environment,mainly includes the analysis of alternatives and copper competitors suppliers,buyers,potential entrants,and the four is the use of SWOT analysis,the JX group company facing opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes the strategic choice of JX group,is a comprehensive analysis of JX group company’s mission,vision and strategic objectives,the two is based on the internal and external factors considered,making the choice of development strategy,the three focuses on the analysis of the path to achieve integrated development strategy.The fifth chapter,JX group company centralized development strategy implementation guarantee measures,JX group company need to raise the level of human resources,improve operational management capabilities,increase market development efforts,accelerate the construction of enterprise culture.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The research of this paper will not only help the JX group to grasp the opportunities for development and improve the level of development,but also be of reference significance to the development of the whole non-ferrous metal industry.
