The work or family events involved in the work of the miners can cause changes in their mood, affecting their attitude or behavior of their work.At present, the domestic scholars' research on the prevention of miners' emotions and affective events of practitioners in high-risk industries are relatively insufficient,in terms of both quantity and depth. It is urgent to solve the safety problems of miners in the coal mining industry, and it is also necessary to find new methods to solve such problems. Therefore,in this study, literature surveys, interviews, and open questionnaires were used to compile questionnaires on the affective events of miners in the coal mining industry.Through formal test and data analysis on 200 front-line miners, the affective events were examined. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)A self-elaborated emotional case questionnaire for the front-line miners in the coal industry in China was divided into two questionnaires: positive affective events and negative affective events.A total of 21 topics were included. Each sub-questionnaire contains four dimensions. The questionnaire carried out the reliability validity test from different aspects such as content. The test results met the criteria and requirements of psycho-metrics and could be used as a tool to measure the affective events involved or occurred in the work of the miners.(2)Comparing the three-dimensional scale of affective events with the four-dimensional scale on the basis of questionnaire preparation, whether it is reliability, convergence validity,or discriminant validity, the four-dimensional scale relative and three-dimensional scale analysis results of affective events Better results indicate that for the first-line miners in the coal mining industry, one of the high-risk industry employees, their four-dimensional scale of affective events is more applicable.(3)Through correlation and regression analysis,it was verified that affective events and affective status have a predictive effect on job satisfaction.Positiveaffective events can predict positive affective status and high job satisfaction.Negative affective events can predict negative affective status and low job satisfaction.Through the analysis of mediating effects, affective status plays a role in mediating affective events and job satisfaction.Positive affective status has some mediating effects between positive affective events and job satisfaction, but negative affective status has no mediating effects between negative events and job satisfaction.
