Affective events are the main source of inducing emotional reactions of miners,and also directly or indirectly cause psychological pressure on miners,which in turn leads to unsafe behavior of miners.In the existing scientific research,only the "explicit" influencing factors that are visible to the naked eye are considered,and the invisible "implicit" influencing factors are considered.For example,there is less research on the psychological stress level of miners,and the role of psychological stress on behavior has not been deepened.Inquiry,therefore,it is necessary to study the psychological stress of employees in high-risk positions in coal mines,and the research on related affective events must be continuously deepened.Based on previous studies,this article uses Vensim software to simulate the theoretical model of the role of psychological pressure on unsafe behavior of miners from the perspective of affective events constructed,and explores the effects and regularity of emotional events and psychological pressure on unsafe behaviors.On the basis of clarifying the role of psychological pressure,it is recommended to establish a psychological assistance department to alleviate the psychological pressure of miners,and from the coal mine enterprise,the psychological aid department,the miner three aspects put forward the concrete countermeasure.Based on this,the research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Literature review of relevant domestic and foreign research results on affective events,psychological stress,etc.Based on existing theories,combined with field surveys of coal mining companies,and based on the theoretical model,a mechanism system for the role of psychological stress on unsafe behaviors is established.Based on the analysis of the causal relationship between the various subsystems,an SD model is constructed,and the feedback loops mainly involved are analyzed.(2)Define the state variables,rate variables,and constants in the SD model,and(3)quantitatively analyze the relationships between the factors.Use the Simim software to conduct a SD model.The simulation results show that the promotion effect of psychological(4)According to the results of simulation analysis,it was found that the current level of psychological assistance in coal mining enterprises was low.It was recommended to set up a special psychological assistance department to timely and effectively alleviate the psychological pressure of miners.The aid strategy and aid effectiveness are maximized,and suggestions for reducing psychological pressure are proposed from three perspectives: coal mining enterprises,psychological assistance departments,and individual miners.
