| At present,the reform with the construction and implementation of the new curriculum as an important symbol is in the ascendant in the field of basic education.The new curriculum reform has put forward higher-level requirements for the formation,development and improvement of teacher education and teaching skills.According to the development of basic education and the requirements of the new curriculum standards,the ability of teachers to regulate the classroom and the specialization of teachers in teaching play a crucial role in cultivating students’ autonomous learning and innovative abilities in front-line teaching.Therefore,in the process of teacher training,normal colleges and universities attach great importance to the training of normal students from their teaching abilities.Henan Normal University in order to comprehensively promote the reform of undergraduate training mode,and effectively improve the quality of undergraduate teaching,the use of teacher-based,academic,application-oriented teaching diversion of talent training mode.Teacher-based personnel training module to strengthen the teaching theory,strengthen teaching skills,highlighting the characteristics of teacher education,to build Henan Normal University Normal students brand.Micro-teaching as a major training in teaching students in normal school teaching practice,has been in use today.At present,Micro-teaching has been considered by all normal colleges and universities as the most common and effective way to train normal students’ teaching skills.Some achievements have been made in practical teaching and a large number of excellent graduates have been trained.However,in actual teaching,there are some problems in micro-teaching that need to be solved urgently.By analyzing the existing teaching skills and micro-teaching research literature,we find that the training status of teaching skills in normal universities is not optimistic.Based on the experience of other colleges and universities and the actual situation of micro-teaching in Henan Normal University,60 undergraduates from 2013 to 2013 were investigated.Questionnaires,classroom observations and interviews were conducted.The findings of the survey The results show that the main problems existing in the current micro-grid training lie in the following problems: lack of teaching resources(especially the shortage of tutors),single teaching forms,insufficient evaluation feedback,weak awareness of revision of lesson plan and so on.In view of the problems found in the investigation,based on the scenario learning theory,a new micro-training model is constructed from the perspective of practice community.On the one hand,the form of micro-teaching for undergraduates directly guided by teachers is changed to the echelon of instruction directed by teachers and postgraduates Undergraduates micro-teaching guidance form,on the other hand by the teachers,graduate students,undergraduates,front-line experts constitute a practice community has a common vision in the process of micro-training through dialogue,interaction and collaboration can share knowledge and achieve Develop together.After the construction of chemistry micro-grid training model based on practice community is completed,the teaching skills of key training of chemistry students are determined from the perspective of chemistry subject,and the relevant preparation work such as grouping and grouping is established.Twenty-five 2014 undergraduates who took part in the model practice conducted by Y’s teacher tracked the study as a control group.The survey shows that this model is applicable for the teaching of chemistry major students’ teaching skills,solves the problems of ubiquitous micro-grid training hours,lack of teachers and lack of resources,and so on,so that the teaching skills of normal students get to a certain extent improved,basically reached its scheduled training objectives. |
