In recent years,the coal industry has suffered a huge impact under the background of recession of steel industry.It leads to excess capacity in the coal industry,so many coal chemical companies are facing restructuring.To use metallurgical coke excess capacity to produce gasificed coke is a new idea provided by many scholars.In fact,compared with metallurgical coke the parameters of gasified coke are not so strict.Therefore,the idea of producing gasified coke by refined blast furnace equipment to is entirely feasible.Based on the exisiting pyrolysis smelting technology of metallurgical coke,this paper proposes a technology of producing gasified coke with a high proportion of low-rank coal Shenmu coal as the main coal blending raw material.In this paper,I analyze the three parts of the techology:pyrolysis mechanism,coal blending experiment and numerical simulation prediction.The details are as follows:The pyrolysis process is divided into two stages to analyze the internal factors and external factors that affect the pyrolysis process.Sort out the coking characteristics of coking coal and at the same time we sort and analyze the types and coking characteristics of the existing coking coal in China.Choosing Tangkou coal,Guotun coal,Xiaoshanmao coal and Tianyuan coal as the representatives of gas coal,fat coal,coking coal and 1/3 coking coal respectively.First of all we studied the coking characteristics of single coal and then the set the proportion of Shenmu coal at 20%,30%,40%,50%and 60%respecctively.Measure the coal coking index of blending coal.According to the index of coal coking characteristics,five groups of primary coal blending plans were selected for coal blending experiment.By observing the experimental process and analyzing the experimental results,it is found that the push-coke effect of the first scheme and the third scheme is not satisfactory,and the coke strength of the second scheme and the fourth scheme is not enough to be easily broken.Therefore,the fifth scheme was selected for coke oven experiments.Then we carried out the pyrolysis product recovery experiment of scheme five and analyzed the properties of gasified coke,gas product distribution and tar properties.Based on the experimental results,the prediction model of pyrolysis yield was established and improved.We verified the model by datas of other experiment.The model can guide the formulation of coal blending plan.
