The Study On The Ecological Management And Performance Assessment System Of Urban Rivers In Hangzhou

Urban rivers are not only an essential carrier for urban water ecological environment,but also an essential landscape resource of urban water culture,and also play an important role in the sustainable development of the society.River treatment is not just to meet the basic demand of discharge,also keep the natural characteristics of the river channels as far as possible;Meanwhile,river treatment should also be considered in many ways such as humanity,society,economic benefit and so on,to meet the basic demands of human activities.In the past,river treatment tend to pay attention to the functions such as discharge,however,the ecological function of the rivers were ignored.With the over-develption on the surroundings,the rivers are seriously polluted,and the river ecological environment is also destroyed.Based on the investigation of rivers in Hangzhou,this paper carried out a survey of river water quality and river ecosystem.It conducted systematicly investigation and analysis to the rivers of Hangzhou on physicochemical indicators of water and sediment,phytoplankton in the river and zoobenthos.On the basis of systematic investigation and analysis,this paper studied the methods of ecological management of different river types combined with the current situation of the urban river training.Compared the strengths and weaknesses of different ecological treatments of rivers,the research of the relationship between the water quality condition of different river types and the ecological environment were conducted.Finally,a system of ecological treatment technology for different types of rivers were developed.Meanwhile,in order to solve the problems of shortage of assessment indication and standard,the indicator system of Beautiful River in Hangzhou was studied in this paper.The evaluation frameworks,evaluation principle,standard and methods were developed based on the fully investigation on the urban river of Hangzhou.The evaluation methods was appled in the Yuhangtang River.And it is meaningful to the rivers evaluation for Hangzhou and other similar cities.
