Study On System Health Assessment And Management Of Zhu Longhe's Entry River

In 2005,Comrade Xi Jinping first proposed the slogan "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".In 2017,the above ideas further clarified the importance at the party meeting.In April,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council established the Xiong'an New District,centering on Xiongxian,Anxin and Rongcheng Counties in Hebei Province.According to the positioning requirements,the overall goal to build an eco-friendly city with lush landscape with grass,trees and water is clarified.In 2018,"Hebei Xiong'an New District Master Plan" was officially approved,which further refined the general requirements for respect,compliance,protection and ecological governance of nature,and emphasized the importance of ecological restoration and environmental system management of Baiyangdian Lake.So far,ecological restoration and river health have been promoted to a new level of national sustainable development.As a major river in Baiyangdian,the current status of Zhulong River is characterized by low flooding capacity,heavy water pollution,frequent river channel cuts,river sand overmining,riparian zone damage,serious topsoil erosion,water shortage,inadequate management and protection,and imbalance of water ecology.The above have led to serious damage to river ecosystem function and basic loss of service function.The research taked the Zhulong River as the research object and focused on the following aspects:1)The common methods of health assessment of river systems at home and abroad were summarized,and the health evaluation system of Baiyangdian Zhulong River was established by AHP.Based on the completed field investigation data and the statistical data provided by the government and the river basin,as well as based on the evaluation of river function characteristics,the selection of the evaluation objects for the river system of the Zhulong River was completed from the aspects of water safety,water environment and water economy,and the main influence indicators of the river system health were put forward and the health evaluation system of the river was established.2)The health indicators were identified for the Zhulong River in different cities,and the river system health assessment of the river flowing through Shijiazhuang and other regions was completed.3)Based on the practice of river ecological restoration in foreign and domestic areas,the research on the restoration task of the Zhulong River was carried out according to the characteristics of the river and valley,and the measures in line with the regulation and restoration of the river were put forward.
