Research On Wetland Law Protection Issues Of Zhalong Natural Reserve

Wetland in the earth's ecological system plays a vital role,has an irreplaceable value and function,to provide a large number of resources for human life,not only for the survival of natural biological activity and also provide a good place to live.Wetland can be a climate regulation in maintaining stable climate.That is to say the wetland made great contributions to nature and human beings,and thus become one of the main resources for human beings,because of the excessive use,lead to serious wetland destruction.Wetland protection has become the indispensable measures to protect the natural resources in many countries.By the positioning for the country's important resources of wetland protection,wetland protections made remarkable achievements.Compared with those developed countries,our country's wetland protection consciousness needs to be enhanced as soon as possible.According to the basic situation of wetland,the serious damage of wetland resources need to be protected,and the wetland conservation work needs to be regulated.Because of this,based on the protection of the wetland management status quo of our country and in Heilongjiang province,analyzes the problems facing the Zhalong wetland protection,on this basis it puts forward the legal countermeasures of Zhalong wetland protection.Legislative policy,based on the currently existing in this paper,not only ensure the rational utilization of wetland resources,more should be highlighted to the comprehensive protection of the wetland resources in particular to straighten out the division of responsibility between different departments and agencies and administrative authority,the Zhalong nature reserve wetland protection on the legal system.
