Cloud manufacturing is an important development direction of the new generation of manufacturing mode.As an important application area for cloud manufacturing,the single service selection for cloud service of machine tools is no longer effective in meeting the complex requirements of different users.Hence,how to optimize the service composition of machine tools under complex tasks to offer high quality and cheap manufacturing service has become an important issue in the application of cloud manufacturing mode.Therefore,on the basis of the domestic and foreign research achievements,the paper makes a certain exploration and research on the optimization method for service combination of machining tools in cloud manufacturing environment.Firstly,the cloud manufacturing service composition mode of machine tools and its demand for optimization are analyzed.On this basis,the optimization framework for service composition of machining tools in cloud manufacturing environment is proposed,which includes the unified modeling and service encapsulation of machine tools,the decomposition of cloud manufacturing tasks and the optimization of service composition.And then,based on the above optimization framework,parts of key technologies involved are studied.It mainly includes: a modeling and encapsulating method for machine tools based on OWL-S is studied to realize its unified modeling and service encapsulation;a decomposition method for cloud manufacturing task of machine tools is studied to refine the abstract and complex processing tasks into independent and specific sub tasks;a optimization method for service composition of machine tools based on rough set theory is studied to select the best service composition of machine tools to cooperate to complete complex cloud manufacturing task.Finally,combined with the early development results of the research group,the above research results are preliminarily tested and verified on the Cloud Platform supported Optimization of Machine Tools(CPsOoMT).
