A supporting type impacting-crushing-rock roadheader designed for solving the underground tunnel hard rock crushing is a new type roadheader that it sets crushing,loading,supporting,transport,walking in one,the impact hydraulic system is the control system of the working mechanism in impacting-crushing-rock roadheader,it has an important influence on the performance of the machine,this paper takes the impact hydraulic system as research object,the main works are as follows:The working principle of impact hydraulic system of impacting-crushing-rock roadheader is analyzed,the dynamic mathematical model of the impact hydraulic system is set up,establishing the simulation model of the impact hydraulic system by using HCD of AMESim.According to the AMESim simulation model of impact hydraulic system,the dynamic characteristics of the system are simulated.the simulation results show that,the system presence pressure and flow impact;The influence of the main parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the system is simulated,including damping network,load sensitive valve spring stiffness,load sensitive valve spool area and load sensitive valve spool quality,and their influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system is obtained.In order to solve the problem of pressure and flow impact of the system,improve the performance of the impact hydraulic system,improve the efficiency and service life of impacting-crushing-rock roadheader,this paper puts forward an improved impact hydraulic System-Establishing the improved system simulation model by using AMESim,through the simulation analysis,the improved system can improve the flow impact and pressure impact of the system,but the effect is not very ideal.In order to obtain the best system performance,damping aperture and cavity parameters are matched reasonably in the load sensitive pump variable mechanism.The results show that the system pressure and flow shock are improved effectively.The pump output flow fluctuation frequency were reduced 50%;The pressure peak of pressure limiting valve core reduced from 1.8 MPa to 0.3 MPa;The pressure fluctuation of the hammer front chamber has been improved obviously,the peak value of pressure shock is reduced by 2 MPa;The peak value of pressure shock and pressure fluctuation of the load sensitive valve are also significantly weaker.The research work and research results of this paper have improved the working performance of impact hydraulic system of impacting-crushing-rock roadheader,provide a theoretical basis for the design of impact hydraulic system.
