With the rapid development of society and national economy,the increase in demand for coal resources,coal mining has led to a large number of underground formed a wide range of mined-out area.Mined-out area lead to strata and surface subsidence,different degrees of damage on the surface buildings.To mining area building,therefore,reasonable protection,take effective measures to improve the structure of the building itself ability of resistance to deformation of mining subsidence area is of great importance and practical role.At first,this paper analyses the characteristics of the mined-out area,then brick structure characteristics,development status and the corresponding seismic measures are expounded,and then introduces the material mechanics performance of masonry structure and the theory of finite element analysis,and then on the basis of summarizing former research,according to the surface subsidence data provided in longyan of fujian province beishan mine,using large-scale finite element software scaled surface subsidence caused by coal mining adina.the influence on ground buildings has carried on the dynamic simulation,select six floor brickconcrete residential buildings as the research object,simulates the process of surface subsidence in mining process,it is concluded that the earth’s surface in the process of coal mining subsidence data,and the surface subsidence data as the foundation of uneven settlement value,it is concluded that the node of the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement values.Through the analysis of the deformation of the wall window size,it is concluded that brick structure due to the window on the wall of the elastic modulus of the wall block is small,so the deformation and failure often occurs in the window(form eight crack);Brick structure due to the underlying window on the wall in the horizontal tension on both sides suffered the biggest,the most easy to destroy.Second to the sixth floor window in the middle of the stairs are premises by the level of tension is the largest,the most easy to destroy.End of the third layer from excavation to the coal by pulling the longest,the most dangerous layer.The results of the study of existing building protection in mining area,as well as the design of new buildings in mining area has important guiding significance.
