In recent years,with the increase in coal mining strength and depth,rock burst occurred frequently.In order to solve the problem of poor impact resistance of rigid support,the theory and technology of energy dissipation prevention are put forward.But at this stage of the proposed impact resistance bracket energy absorber of the energy-absorbing impact resistance performance is still a lot of room for improvement,the way of the metal cutting energy absorption with great advantages of the steady counter force,high power-absorbing ability.To this end,mention of metal cutting energy absorption method for anti-stamping hydraulic support program.According to the dynamic theory analysis,it is more beneficial to reduce the peak value of the reaction force under the impact of the energy absorber that setting the absorber above the hydraulic column than under the column.Design of two kinds of metal cutting load-bearing energy absorber of the structure of the program-multi-knife local planning energy absorber and broach the whole round pull-type suction energy structure.The average cutting force,energy absorption efficiency and load fluctuation coefficient of two kinds of metal cutting energy absorber are analyzed by ABAQUS explicit nonlinear thermo-mechanical coupling finite element simulation;the regression formula of the cutting force and the cutting parameters of the two kinds of Energy absorber are obtained by several simulation analysis.The index of the average cutting force of the multi-knife local planning energy absorber is calculated as follows:Fc=1017.6 × b0.973 ×h0.897,The average index of the cutting force of the inner broach is calculated as Fc=5026.18 × d0.961×h0.803,Fc=9922.82×d0.820 × h0 868,which provide the reference for designing the size of the cutting energy absorber.Two kinds of metal-cutting type energy absorber sample are processed,and they are tested by the test of cutting process under the quasi-static pressure.The testing results show that the structure of the multi-cutter local planning energy absorber is unreasonable.So that it's bad reliability and the cutting process is failed.The broach whole round broaching energy absorber is simple and compact,and the cutting mode of the external broaching is stable,and the energy absorption characteristics are good,the difference between the test and the simulation results is small,so that the rationality of external broach fitting formula is verified.The internal broaching has the problem of cutting accumulation,and the energy absorption characteristics are bad.Finally,the broach whole round external broaching is determined as the ideal form.The ZHD6000 model hydraulic support is determined as the designed example,the design is determined according to the structure and size of energy absorber,and metal cutting type energy absorption is designed for this kind of hydraulic support.
