When the coal mine rock burst occurs,it will release huge energy,often cause support destruction and roadway serious damage.Using energy absorption and antiscour support technology to achieve the goal of no casualties and equipment damage when the rock burst occurs has become an important research content in roadway rock burst disaster prevention and mitigation.In this paper,numerical simulation and test methods are used to study the mechanical behavior of rigid support and energy absorption support under the impact load,the energy absorption device is analyzed and the structural optimization of constant resistance performance is carried out,and the application of energy absorption and anti-scour support is studied with the geological conditions of a mine as the engineering background.In the aspect of research on the anti-scour performance of rigid support,the numerical model of rigid conventional support is established by means of numerical simulation.Taking the plastic property,maximum plastic strain,yield area and other parameters as research indexes,the support performance of the rigid conventional support under the top impact load and lateral impact load is studied.The failure degree,the most vulnerable position and the main bearing position of the conventional rigid support are given.In the aspect of energy absorption device research,firstly,the mechanical characteristics of an existing energy absorption device are studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation,then two main reasons affecting the load displacement curve fluctuation of energy absorption device in the process of collapse are found out,and the existing energy absorption device is improved,and a constant resistance absorption device with small load displacement curve fluctuation in the process of collapse is designed Able to install.In the aspect of the research on the impact resistance of energy absorption support,the numerical model of energy absorption support is established by means of numerical simulation.The parameters such as plastic performance,maximum plastic strain,yield area,etc.are also taken as the research indexes to study the support performance of energy absorption support under the top impact load and lateral impact load.The damage degree and the most likely occurrence of energy absorption support are given the evolution characteristics of failure location and main bearing location with impact load.Compared with the rigid conventional support under the same impact condition,it is concluded that under the same impact load,the conventional support is more prone to damage,which is not conducive to resist the impact load.In the aspect of the research on the interaction system of energy absorption and anti-scour support and surrounding rock,taking the geological conditions of a certain mine in Jinan as the engineering background,the interaction system of energy absorption and anti-scour support and surrounding rock is established by means of numerical simulation.The parameters of displacement,plastic strain,plastic performance,plastic strain and displacement of energy absorption and anti-scour support are taken as the research indexes,and the static load and two directions of energy absorption and anti-scour support are given Bearing capacity and supporting effect of roadway under the condition of impact load.
