The Root And Solution Of Environmental Justice Absence In China From The Perspective Of Justice

Environmental justice,as a manifestation of contemporary social justice,reflects the issue of social justice from the issue of ecological environment.In this regard,foreign ecological Marxism extends the classical Marxist concept of justice to the ecological environment.It is considered that the ecological environment problem reflects the ecological crisis between man and nature on the surface,but its roots are people and people.Therefore,environmental justice is not only an ecological justice but also a social justice.And,the appeal of ecological justice must be implemented in the practice of social justice.As social justice is a hot topic in current political philosophy,Rawls's principles of justice have long been known.This article attempts to explore the main manifestations of environmental justice in China based on Marx's theory of justice,ecological Marxist concept of ecological justice,and drawing on Rawls' two principles of justice in conjunction with new concepts such as China's green development,coordinated development,and shared development.The issue of environmental justice in China is mainly attributed to social issues.At present,the tension and contradiction between development and environmental protection,the opposition between the urban and rural dual economic structure,the unequal regional environmental rights and responsibilities,and the violation of the environmental rights of the weaker class by the powerful stratum are the main manifestations of the lack of environmental justice in China.The imperfect socialist market economy,the constant differentiation of social strata,and the dual opposition between urban and rural areas are the underlying causes of the deterioration of our country's environment.To this end,we must take the concept of green development as a guide,combine ecological rationality with economic rationality,and promote balanced and coordinated development between urban and rural areas and regions,safeguard the interests of ecologically disadvantaged groups,and find a solution to China's environmental justice issues.We hope to take this as a reflection on the theory and practice of building socialist ecological civilization.
