In the nineteen times congress of the party,the communist party of China has pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the era the main contradiction in our country has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's need of growing good life and the unbalanced development.As a agricultural country,the development of rural society in China has been underdeveloped and the development between the countryside and the city is unbalanced.Rural development concerns the prosperity and stability of the whole country,and rural pollution prevention and control is the important link of rural development.Rural pollution prevention and control is an important part of rural revitalization,social harmony and realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Historical materialism and dialectical materialism of Marxism have been adopted to analyze the paper,and the research of this article is based on the basis of in-depth study of Marx's environmental thought and Marxist theory of urban and rural integration,at the same time the paper combine with the particularity of Chinese rural pollution.This paper analyzes the causes of environmental injustice is rural pollution in two dimensions: urban and rural environmental justice and rural inter-generational environmental justice.Then the paper put forward corresponding solutions and provides new ideas for the prevention and control of pollution in rural areas.It has certain practical significance and theoretical significance.This article is divided into five chapters for discussion.In the first chapter,it is clearly pointed out the significance of pollution control in rural areas and the serious situation of rural pollution.On the basis of environmental justice research at home and abroad,it is the great significance to study the prevention and control of rural pollution from the perspective of environmental justice.Chapter two is theoretical origin,this chapter is research the concept ofsustainable development and environmental friendly society in Marx's environmental thought,it is instructive to realize the inter-generational justice of rural environment.As for the urban-rural integration in the theory of Marxist urban-rural relationship is of great significance to the realization of urban and rural environmental justice.Chapter three,it describes the theory of justice,and it is concluded that the particularity of rural pollution in China makes the realization of environmental justice in the two dimensions of urban and rural areas the best way to prevent and control rural pollution.It also points out the way of environmental justice under socialism with Chinese characteristics.Chapter four analyzes that why the urban-rural dual structure causes the rural pollution,and why the urban-rural integration can solve the problem of rural pollution.Chapter five analyses the phenomenon of inter-generational injustice in rural areas under the inter-generational environmental justice dimension,and analyzes the sustainable development as the way to realize rural inter-generational environmental justice.These five parts complement each other,and for prove that studying the injustice that the countryside bears on the environmental problem must as the perspective of environmental justice and based on the urban and rural environmental justice and rural inter-generational environmental justice two dimensions of environmental justice.By this research we can propose the targeted solutions.therefore,it provides practical and effective guidance for the prevention and control of rural pollution.Then we can realize the agricultural and rural has the priority development,realize the beautiful ecological environment of the countryside,and to make life better.
