Research On Ecological Justice Proposed By Xi Jinping

Justice is the ideal goal that human beings will pursue forever,and it's also the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an extension of social justice along with the evolution of human civilization,ecological justice is even more important today,when it enters a new era of ecological civilization.It is if greate theoretical and practical significance for us to study the biological viewpoint of justice of Xi Jinping.There are four parts in this article.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,reality and theoretical significance of Xi Jinping's concept of ecological justice,and the research status at home and abroad,basically grasped the academic researches on Xi Jinping's views on ecological justice and ecological justice.Based on the analysis of related concepts,the second part sorts out the realistic background,theoretical foundation and formation process of Xi Jinping's concept of ecological justice.By analysing Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thoughts,the third part summarizes the main contents of Xi Jinping's ecological justice view including: paying attention to protecting ecological rights and realizing the intra-generational ecological justice view;strictly observing the "three red lines" and promoting intergenerational ecological justice;Harmoniously coexist with nature to ensure inter-species ecological justice;strengthen party leadership and compact the responsibility of ecological justice.In the fourth part,the important meaning of Xi Jinping's biological viewpoint of justice was discussed,which theoretically enriched the idea of fairness and justice of socialism with Chinese characteristic.
