Bamboo shoots is one of the vegetable in summer,mainly distributed in southwest of China,which is a kind of green food with nutritious.In recent years,the bamboo shoots have been seriously damaged by insect pests,the damaged rate reached as high as 90% in individual areas,not only destroy shoot,results in its nutrient loss and quality deterioration,but also affect the appearance quality and production,and then causes huge economiv losses.In this thesis,through the measurement the harmful parts(QT),the undamaged parts(WT)and healthy bamboo shoots(JK)sugar,protein and soluble solid to judge the chang its in nutritional quality change.In addition,the chang of the wall thickness,diameter at breast height(DBH)and density of standing of Bamboo shoots in the hazardous and non-hazardous areas were compered to determine the effect on yield.Analysis of transcriptome sequencing key enzymes of glucose metabolism and plant growth hormone gene expression with QRT-PCR.To study the chang of nutrients and yield after the bamboo shoot were harmed.The results are as follows:After the bamboo shoots were harmed,increased content of soluble sugar and polysaccharide,the soluble sugar concent of the QT are significantly higer than the WT and JK;there was no significant change in polysaccharide in the QT and WT.The contents of total sugar,glucose and fructose have the same trend of change,the sugar content,glucose content and fructose content of the QT are higer than the JK,however,the sugar content of the QT and WT is very significantly higer than the JK,glucose content and fructose content of the QT and WT are significantly higer than the JK.In addition,the change trend of sucrose content is opposiet sugar,glucose and fructose,that the sucrose content reduced after being harmed,the sucrose content of the QT is very significantly lower than the JK and QT.The Starch content and amylose concant decreased significantly in QT,the content of starch was the highest in WT which is significantly higher than QT;the amylose concant of the QT and WT are very significantly lower than the JK,the amylopectin concent of the QT and WT are significantly higher than the JK.The protein content is reduced in the QT and the protein content of the WT increased.In addition,the congtent of soluble solids decreased significantly.Compare the wall thickness,diameter at breast height(DBH)and density of standing of Bamboo shoots in the hazardous and non-hazardous areas,the results show:the density of standing of Bamboo shoots was no significant differences in the hazardous areas and non-hazardous areas,but the wall thickness and DBH of the hazardous areas are siginificantly lower than the non-hazardous areas.Transciptome expression analysis indicated the expression of sucrose synthase gene and UTP-1 phosphouridine transferase decreased slightly,the gene expression of Beta furosidase and hexokinase was down regulated,the gene expression of Alpha glucosidase and transferase was up regulated in the sucrose synthesis process;In the process of sucrose degradation,the gene expression of transferase was up regulated to promotes the decomposition of sucrose to glucose;the gene expression of Starch synthetase(SSII)was up regulated that It is beneficial to the synthesis of amylopectin,the gene expression of endonuclease,beta glucosidase and starch phosphorylase was up regulated.Have 265 Unigenes of differentially expression aboat Plant endogenous hormone were found,ncluding biosynthesis,signal transduction or biodegradation gene of auxin(102),cytokinin(35),gibberellin(9),abscisic acid(93)and brassinolide(26).Gene differential expression of YUCCA,XTH,AUX1,ARF,AUX/IAA,SAUR,GH3 was found in the synthesis and signal transduction of auxin.The gene expression of Gibberellin biosynthesis kept unchanged almost,but the gene expression of GIDIs was up regulated.Gene differential expression of UGT,LOG,RR,CRF,HK,SPY,CKX and ARR was found in the synthesis,biodegradation and signal transduction of cytokinin.In the synthesis process of brassinolide,the gene of DET,DWF5,BR60 xl,CYP was found,Gene differential expression ncluding CYP87A3 and CYP707A2,The gene expression of BZR kept unchanged almost.The gene of the ZEP was Significant change in the process of abscisic acid synthesis,but the gene expression of CYP707A2 was up regulated,the gene differential expression of PYL?ABF?ABCG25 was found in the signal transduction of abscisic acid.
