UV curing technology is a kind of energy saving,high efficiency,environmental protection,high quality material surface treatment technology,widely used in the paint industry.The hyperbranched polymer is a special type of dendritic polymer,which is a three-dimensional polymer with highly branched structure and branching unit.HB polymer has the properties of dendrimers,such as a large number of high reactive groups,no intermolecular twisting,low viscosity,good solubility,and easy production process.It is widely used in coating,light curing resin,drug release agent,catalyst,photoelectric material,nano material modification and so on.In this paper,we mainly synthesize several new UV curing hyperbranched polymer resin materials,and further explore their structure and properties.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Synthesis of a novel bisphenol A derivative Ph-BPA?Four kinds of hyperbranched epoxy acrylate,HP1,HP2,HP3,HP4,were prepared with glycerol,three hydroxymethyl propane as core,bisphenol A and Ph-BPA as raw materials.The properties of UV cured film were investigated and studied.The results show that HP 1-HP4 can be rapidly solidified in 40?50s and form a compact and smooth surface morphology.The hardness of the pencil is between 3 H-8H,and the adhesion is between the 0-2.The tensile strength is about 0.55-0.67MPA,the maximum force is 14N-20N,and the mechanical properties are good.The main weightlessness range of HP1-HP4 is between 320-450?,and the heat resistance is good.2.A hyperbranched silicon skeleton epoxy resin(HPSiEB5,HPSiEB10,HPSiEB20)containing three different triphenylsilanols was synthesized by A2 + B3 polycondensation(semi-step synthesis method),and the epoxy value was measured separately.Modified acrylates,successfully synthesized hyperbranched silicon skeleton epoxy acrylates with partial epoxy groups(HPSiEA)?And determine its structural characterization and study the performance of the cured film under different light curing conditions.It is found that HPSiEA has three UV curing methods,free radical curing,cationic curing,and hybrid curing.The curing rate of free radicals is the fastest.Under three different curing conditions,the experimental data of the hardness and adhesion of HPSiEA cured film pencils show that the hardness of HPSiEA5,10,20 pencil is between 3H-6H and the adhesion between 0-2.The maximum weight loss peaks of the HPSiEA5,10,and 20 samples were 339?,356?,and 380?,respectively.3.Synthesis of a novel hyperbranched fluoroalcohol modified urethane acrylat(HP12UA-F),which had hydrophobic and oil repellent UV curing coatings.A series of structural representations of HP12UA-F were made.The test of the performance of the cured film shows that the temperature of HP12UA-F weight loss of 5%is 200?,and the main weightlessness interval is between 200?300?,which has excellent heat resistance.The hardness of the solidified film pencil is 8H-9H,and the adhesion is 0.The average contact angle between HP12UA-F curing film and water is 97.03°,and the contact angle with ethylene glycol is 91.37°.The calculated surface free energy of the cured film is only 14.26mN/m.The tensile strength of the 1mm cured film is 0.32mpa and the elongation at break is 12%.The mechanical properties are good.
