Ultraviolet(UV) curing technology has been hailed as a new technology of green industries facing the 21 st century. For the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving,high quality, environmental protection. Because of its unique structure and properties o f hyperbranched polymer, and the characteristics of the can realize large-scale producti on, has become a hot research topic in the field of UV curing.This article throughto t he synthesis of hyperbranched epoxy resin(HEP) for chemical modification, make bot h cationic curing light and the characteristics of free radical type curing light, and by using of modified polysiloxane, of synthetic resin and curing membrane structure and properties were characterized.In this paper, first of all, called bisphenol A and cyanuric acid three shrink glyc erides(TGIC) in tetrabutyl ammonium bromide under the catalysis of HEP was synthe sized by means of the proton transfer, and the epoxy value(E) product in 0.18 mol/100 g, have been characterized by FTIR on product structure.The extent of the reaction was monitored by controlling the molar ratio and measuring the acid value.Using acrylic base modification for the preparation of HEP end, got to both cati onic cure and can undertake radical cure of hyperbranched epoxy acrylate(HEA).By d etermining reaction system in the process of synthesis of acid value monitoring reactio n process, and optimize the reaction conditions, namely: inhibitor dosage is 0.5%, cata lyst dosage of 2.5%, the reaction temperature is 100℃.Using tetrahydrofuran(THF) do solvent, under the UV curing, the curing time and curing membrane properties, such a s hardness, adhesion test.Studies have shown that compared with the single cationic cu re or radical cure, mixed light curing material hardness to B, adhesion to level 4, cur e rate of 90 s, at the same time, it reduces the curing cost many.HEA preparation by using polysiloxane blending modification, to study on the pr operties of curing film.The results show that the HEA with organic siloxane blend, th e hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, such as improved performance, at 6h hard ness, wear resistance is 1.6mg.
