Spindle box is a key part of the CNC lathe,the dynamic characteristics of the spindle box,static characteristics will directly determine the machine life and operating conditions.This study,as a horizontal research project of school and enterprise cooperation,selects CJK6132 CNC lathe spindle as the research object,and optimizes the design of the spindle box.1.Three-dimensional software and simulation software are used to establish the three-dimensional model of the spindle box,the load model under the working condition and the boundary condition under the working condition.Under the premise of satisfying the requirements of the spindle box,the assumptions and simplified models are put forward to provide the prerequisite for the model to establish and optimize the design.2.The finite element static simulation analysis of the prototype spindle box is carried out,and the strength and stiffness of the simplified model based on the prototype are obtained.3.Based on the dynamic simulation analysis of the prototype axlebox and the static finite element analysis,the six quasi-optimization variables of the box thickness are designed by means of the sensitivity analysis of the spindle box.4.For finite element simulation,sensitivity analysis and other conclusions,design experiments.The results are analyzed by experiment.Concluded that the three optimized design of the spindle box are able to meet the requirements of equipment use conditions.Which CJJ000A1 models for the optimal design models,and simulation analysis in line with the conclusions.In this study,the target driving optimization of the CJK6132 CNC lathe spindle box box is carried out.By setting the design point of the design variable,the response between the design variable and the output parameter is obtained.According to the design point,the optimal design of the three groups is designed Point,the optimization of the design variables rounded,and the spindle box box to verify the static and dynamic characteristics.The final optimization results are obtained,and the quality of the mainframe box is reduced by 12.54%,which realizes the expected purpose of this paper.
