With the rapid development of mining,the environmental problems caused by mining becomes more and more serious.Therefore,ecological environment protection and management of mine is without delay.A granite mine was forced to close due to the proximate of a high-speed railway,leaving the ecological and environmental problems and security risks.There are mainly occupied by ore slag,serious damage to forest environment,serious soil erosion and slope safety.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation,the mine to be governed is divided into ?,? and III areas,of which area ? is the upper quarry area;area ? is the lower part of the compost area;area ? is the compost area platform slope.The analysis of the stability,monitoring and management of the slope are the main problem of this research.(2)Based on the analysis of the stability and management of the area ?,the method of finite element strength reduction is used to analyze the stability of the slope by ABAQUS software,and the safety factor and the potential sliding surface is obtained under the natural condition.Based on the principle of finite element strength reduction,ABAQUS software is used to analyze the stability of the slope again,and it is reasonable and feasible to determine the control scheme of the slope.This paper argued that it is better to use well-shaped concrete grid and slurry stone to protect the slope for further protection and greening.(3)In view of the environmental problems in the area ?,the measures put forward include the construction of slag dams,the construction of spillway and the construction of drains,and the use of soil spraying principle for the bare mountain vegetation.In view of the environmental problem of area ?,the principle of plant soil protection and the principle of soil spraying are used to restore green and prevent further loss of soil and water.This paper analyzes the possible economic,environmental and social benefits of the mine management project.(4)Before the project is carried out,the stability of the area ? is monitored by the deep horizontal displacement.It is found that the local slope deformation is abnormal and the possibility of landslide occurred.The monitoring results are consistent with the stability analysis results,indicating that the method of slope stability analysis is feasible.(5)After the remediation of the area ? and area ?,with the use of macro-observation and micro-monitoring methods,the environmental monitoring program is designed,and the situation that the growth of plants and soil and water conservation is monitored;after the rectification of the area ?,the safety monitoring program is designed,and the slope of the surface of the horizontal displacement monitoring and vertical displacement are monitored.Through the mine environmental management project,the ecological environment of the mining area is restored,and the geological disaster problem can be eliminated.The methods of environmental management of this mine and slope control methods have a certain reference to the similar mine engineering management and governance.
