Mining involves many complicated processes and a large number of employees,which has always been the key safety supervision industry in the field of safety production in China.Because of many factors and uncertainties,the comprehensive safety evaluation needs a more reliable safety evaluation theory and method,and the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation index system of open pit mine is the prerequisite for the realization of comprehensive safety evaluation.In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the comprehensive safety assessment of open pit copper mines,a comprehensive safety evaluation method based on cloud model is adopted.The comprehensive evaluation index system of Ao Chang Hua open pit mine was established,and the reverse cloud and forward cloud program of cloud model was compiled with MATLAB software.And the current situation of comprehensive safety is evaluated,and the evaluation results are analyzed.According to the evaluation results,the main units to enhance safety are presented.In this paper,the comprehensive safety status of the opencast copper zinc mine is evaluated based on the theory of literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis,theoretical calculation and other research methods.First of all,through literature survey,field investigation,and other similar industry experience,from the enterprise safety management,system construction,cultural construction,continuous improvement and promotion and other aspects of the comprehensive capacity of the production site to identify the hazard,the impact of the mining field safety factors,and set up the establishment of comprehensive safety evaluation index system including first and two indicators.Secondly,using the theory of cloud model,the weight of the first and two level indexes in the safety evaluation index system is determined by the score of industry experts,and the cloud characteristic values of the safety evaluation index system are obtained by MATLAB operation.In the end,the comparative analysis method is used to compare the comprehensive evaluation results with the cloud model safety evaluation standard,and the specific unit of the evaluation index system has a high security risk or a greater safety risk.Finally,determine the composite degree of the enterprise's institutional rules and regulations and the relevant laws and regulations in the evaluation unit of the relevant management system of enterprises U44 and Personal response attitude and effectiveness in the construction of enterprise safety culture U104.Specific measures for continuous improvement in the continuous improvement of comprehensive safety management level or reserve plan U112,Is there an effective monitoring and evaluation system for continuous improvement,or a third party assessment system U113,whether it has the punishment and response system,measures and effective implementation of the incentive mechanism for comprehensive safety management level continuous improvement and ineffective implementation.The six specific problems are the most fundamental cause of its corresponding level index part of the cloud drop into critical safety and even more than the critical safety.Special measures should be taken to improve and upgrade.
