| In recent years,our country’s energy demanding is rising,and so explotate coal resource heavily,especially“three unders”(under buildings,water bodies and rails)mining.Waste rock filling mining method is a new green mining technology,realize the coordinate development of environment and economy.This paper use TieFa Group Xiao Nan coal as the engineering example,using theoretical analysis and laboratory testing method,and numerical simulation method analysis in detail for waste rock filing,Based on the principle of waste rock filing mining,establish coal and waste rock combinate bearing structure formula,coal pillar strength and peak stress formula under the broken bottles constraint,derivate coal pillar limit equilibrium stress and yield zone width formula under the gradient lateral pressure.Designing grading scheme for coal gangue,doing the axial compression test and pressure test,get the axial compression and compression ratio,lateral pressure relation curve,compression ration and differential stress relation curve,and carry out correlation analysis for these curves;derivate broken gangue compression deformation parameters equation formula,and then using rock mechanics tesing test physical and mechanical parameters of 7-2#coal roof and floor rock.For the engineering example,design five mining scheme and stability evaluation.Using FLAC3Ddo the numerical simulation for the five mining schemes,obtaine before and after filling under different mining width and coal pillar width of coal pillar deformation and the changing rule of the stress and displacement of roof.Through the study of coal pillar under the broken bottles constraints,validate deformation mechanism of coal pillar under the gradient,provide the reference basis for the“three under”mining on theory and technology,provide research foundation for further study on the broken gangue filling mining. |
