Purine is an organic compound widely found in various foods. It is an important base in living organisms and an important part of nucleic acids. The final product of purine metabolism in the human body is uric acid.Excessive uric acid levels in the human body can cause gout. The high purine diet is an important cause of gout.In this paper, several adsorbents were prepared to absorb the purines contained in foods. The difference in their adsorption ability for purines was compared by high performance liquid chromatography. The sorbents with strong adsorption capacity for purine substances were explored, and single factor tests were used to obtain the best preparation conditions and adsorption conditions. The main research contents and results are as follows:A chitosan-graphene composite adsorbent and a chitosan-graphene oxide composite adsorbent was manufactured.First,40 g chitosan dissolved in 1 L 2%acetic acid solution.Remove 52 g solution, then add deionized water and graphene powder, mechanical stirring until the solution is uniform. The solution was transferred to a 100mL dropping funnel, the lower mouth was fitted with a needle, drip in 1 L 4%NaOH solution, the solution was coagulated into pellets, then crosslinked with 25%glutaraldehyde solution and dried to obtain a composite adsorbent. After investigation, the optimal preparation conditions for the chitosan-graphene composite adsorbent were as follows:the ratio of chitosan to graphene was 1:2,the amount of 25%glutaraldehyde solution was 0.4 mL,and it was freeze-dried.After a single-factor test, the optimum conditions for the use of the composite adsorbent were determined as follows:the amount of adsorbent added was 0.05 g,the adsorption temperature was 40?.,and the adsorption time was 20 min.The optimum conditions for the use of chitosan-graphene oxide adsorbent were investigated:the amount of adsorbent added was 0.1 g,the adsorption temperature was 40?.,and the adsorption time was 20 min.A chitosan-Cu2+/Fe3+/[Cu(NH3)4]2+ composite adsorbent was fabricated. The manufacturing method of the chitosan-Cu2+/Fe3+ composite adsorbent refers to the manufacturing method of the chitosan-graphene composite adsorbent. In the process, the graphene powder is replaced by the CuSO4/FeCl3 solution. The influence of the amount of metal ions added on the adsorption of composite adsorbents was investigated. It was found that when the ratio of chitosan to metal ions is 1:2,the adsorption effect of the adsorbent has reached the best? With the amount of metal ions continues to increase,it will only increase its biological toxicity, and it can hardly increase its adsorption effect. The chitosan-[Cu(NH3)4]2+composite adsorbent was obtained by adding the chitosan solution dropwise to the copper ammonia solution, which also has a certain adsorption effect on purine substances.A chitosan-graphene oxide/attapulgite composite adsorbent was fabricated.Chitosan-graphene oxide/attapulgite production method refers to the method for producing a chitosan-graphene composite adsorbent, and graphene powder can be replaced with graphene oxide/attapulgite.The optimal conditions for the use of chitosan-attapulgite adsorbent were investigated:the amount of adsorbent added was 0.15 g,the adsorption temperature was 40?,and the adsorption time was 20 min.
