The process of urbanization and the rapid development of social economy,the pressure on the natural ecological environment had increased,and the original ecosystem functions have been damaged.On the other hand,natural ecology in many areas originally belonged to vulnerability,in the natural vulnerability and under the dual influence of artificial factors,the ecological environment problem increasingly prominent.Scientifically recognizing the spatial dynamic evolution of land ecological vulnerability and its mechanism is not only an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,but also a requirement for the construction of ecological security.In October2017,the State issued the Implementation Plan for the National Ecological Civilization Pilot Area(Jiangxi province and Guizhou province),which pushed the ecological civilization construction and the reform of the ecological civilization system to a new upsurge.The dynamic evaluation of the ecological vulnerability of the land was carried out,which helped the regional economy and society to accelerate the ecological priority and green development,and complied with the requirements of the era of ecological civilization construction.Jiangxi Province,as one of the first provinces in which eco-civilization pioneered demonstration areas,has been exploring the construction of ecological civilization,emphasizing the rise of greenery,strengthening the ecological province,and striving to create a green rising preemptive area in the central region.The evaluation of land ecological vulnerability is part of the ecological security pattern and ecological civilization.Land is an important part of the ecological system.Starting from the perspective of the land,the development of regional ecological vulnerability is analyzed.Whether it is objectively achieved or not,the expected results of the ecological civilization demonstration area are very high.It is worth noting that in order to promote the harmonious development of the socio-economic and ecological environment,safeguard the regional ecological security pattern and the health and stability of the ecosystem,it is of great practical value and research significance to scientifically evaluate the regional ecological vulnerability of the region and to regulate the area.Based on the analysis of the methods and models of ecological environmental vulnerability at home and abroad,this paper constructs a new evaluation model of land ecological vulnerability indicators in terms of natural potential and human disturbance from the construction of reference indicators and the study of their weights by reference scholars.The 2nd layer 24 indicators of Jiangxi Province’s land ecological vulnerability assessment index system was determined,and the social statistics,land data,meteorology,and geology of the counties in Jiangxi Province in 1985,1995,2000,2005,2010,and 2015 were collected.Soil and other thematic data were used to calculate the weight of the ecological vulnerability of the six phases of each grid by using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight,and the dynamic evolution of land ecological vulnerability in Jiangxi Province from 1985 to 2015was analyzed.By constructing the ecological vulnerability assessment system of Jiangxi Province,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights,select indicators from both natural potential and human disturbances,and adopt the comprehensive index method to calculate the comprehensive vulnerability index of each grid for each year.On this basis,the relative zoning of the previous period and the later period is calculated from the two aspects of natural potential and human disturbance respectively,and the dynamic evolution process is analyzed.(1)In terms of time,from 1985 to 2015,during the 30 years the land ecological vulnerability in Jiangxi Province was almost entirely from 1985 to moderately vulnerable,and in 2015,it was mainly moderately vulnerable,and minor vulnerabilities supplemented the situation.The average annual decline rate of moderate vulnerability was 1.53*10~3km~2,and the average annual growth rate of mild vulnerability was 1.56*10~3km~2.The change in severe vulnerability was almost insignificant.Overall,the land ecological environment had improved,but it was relatively slow.Spatially,in 1985,the spatial vulnerability of moderate vulnerability was not obvious,and the spatial vulnerability of minor vulnerability was obvious.It was distributed in areas such as Northeast of Jiangxi province,southern Jiangxi province,west of Jiangxi province and other forests and natural reserves,and the severe vulnerability was scattered;1995 The year-to-year internal differences have changed little,but they have become more and more centralized.In 2000,the medium-level vulnerability was relatively concentrated,the small-scale weak-lying areas were concentrated,and the large-scale areas were fragmented;in 2005,the internal aggregation effect was more pronounced and mildly vulnerable.Gradually,a clustering of strips and surface shapes emerged.In the central region,there was a scattered distribution of mild vulnerability;in 2010,the middle and eastern regions were moderately fragile and lightly fragile.The differences were more obvious,and the northern and southern regions were slightly lighter.The vulnerabilities of the groups exhibited a more prominent distribution pattern.In 2015,the minor vulnerability was mainly distributed in the alpine forests in the mountainous regions in the northeast,the west of Jiangxi province,and was scattered in the second central region,and was mainly affected by its natural environment.The moderate vulnerability was distributed in a planar manner,mainly in the central,northern and eastern regions.(2)Relative changes:from 1995 to 1985 in Jiangxi province land ecological changes under the influence of natural potential vulnerability is given priority to;Relative changes in 2005-2000,the natural potential analysis of relatively flat area is relatively shall focus,give priority to with eastern and western,relative changes human disturbance analysis dominated by relatively flat area,based on the analysis of relative changes in general influenced by human disturbance;2010-2005,in Jiangxi province,the land ecological vulnerability of natural potential degradation,human disturbance relative changes analysis predominant advantages in relatively flat area,southern Jiangxi and west Jiangxi area is dominated by the natural potential,in Jiangxi,Jiangxi province is dominated by human disturbance;Natural potential relative changes in 2015-2010 analysis of relative degradation and relatively flat areas staggered distribution,human disturbance relative changes relatively broken,by county as a unit into planar distribution,comprehensive relative changes from natural potential and the dual effects of human disturbance.(3)The integrated relative zoning divides the Poyang Lake moderately vulnerable areas,the Poyang Lake wetland moderately fragile ecological protection area,the Poyang Lake wetland moderately fragile ecological protection area,and the south of Jiangxi province mountain forest ecological protection is mildly fragile.District,the south of Jiangxi province moderately fragile ecological degradation zone,the south of Jiangxi province moderately fragile ecologically degraded zone,Suichuan-Jinggangshan-Yongxin ecologically moderately fragile zone,and eastern Jiangxi province man-made interfering moderately vulnerable zone,proposed for different types of subarea Specific control measures and opinions.
