Coal is an important source of energy in China and occupies an important position in the energy pattern of China.But China's coal production environment is bad,and major accidents happen frequently.It is one of the most serious coal mine accidents in the world.Gas disaster is one of the main disasters in China's coal mines.Water mist has many advantages,such as environmental protection,high efficiency and wide source.It has broad application prospects in explosion suppression.Therefore,water mist is used as an anti explosion agent for simulation study.It simulated the gas explosion in the tunnel and the water mist to suppress the gas explosion,so as to explore the relevant laws of the gas explosion in the tunnel,and the influence factors of the water mist to suppress the explosion,so as to lay the foundation for the prevention and control of the tunnel gas explosion and provide data support.In this paper,the gas explosion in the tunnel is simulated.Firstly,the influence of ignition location on the explosion effect is discussed.It is found that the pressure wave propagates faster and the flame shape develops faster when the ignition location is close to the closed end.Then,when the ignition position is unchanged,the ignition energy is changed.It is found that the larger the ignition energy is,the greater the pressure peak is,the faster the pressure wave propagates,and the faster the flame propagates forward.In addition,the ignition energy will not affect the temperature near the ignition source within a certain range.When the ignition energy exceeds a critical value,there will be a local high temperature area near the ignition source,but it will not affect the temperature near the flame surface and flame surface.Based on the simulation of tunnel gas explosion,the numerical simulation of water mist suppression of gas explosion is carried out,and the influence of water mist on pressure wave,flame surface and mass fraction of each component is discussed.After the pressure wave passes through the water mist area,the pressure value decreases and the propagation speed also decreases.The existence of the water mist area plays a barrier role in the development of the flame surface.With the increase of the particle size,the percentage of the pressure attenuation of the pressure wave surface increases gradually,and finally tends to be gentle.When the other variables are constant,changing the spray velocity,it is found that the two working conditions of 50m/s and 100m/s can not effectively suppress the explosion.The spraying speed of 150m/s and 200m/s all play the role of suppressing explosion.
