The essence of cultivated land is irreplaceable,and is the most basic material agricultural production of human survival.With the rapid progress of new industrialization,promotion of information technology,urbanization and agricultural modernization,ecological security of cultivated land in Changchun city faces great challenges under the dual constraints of food security and ecological construction.Therefore,the research on the ecological security of cultivated land utilization is of great practical significance.This paper reviews the research progress for the ecological security of cultivated land,and described the theoretical basis of cultivated land systematically,especially introduces the theory of set pair analysis to describe the level of ecological security of Changchun city.Taking Changchun as a demonstration object,taking land use change survey data and statistical yearbook as data support,and referring to relevant planning and standards,this paper use set pair analysis model,obstacle model and unbiased GM(1,1)model,and with the help of ArcGIS,MATLAB and other software technology platforms.In this paper,the historical evolution of the ecological safety level of cultivated land in Changchun in the past 2006-2015 years and the development trend of the next five years are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively,and the obstacles that obstruct the ecological security of cultivated land in Changchun are analyzed and judged according to the related data.The result shows that:(1)The analysis of the evolution trend of the overall cultivated land ecological safety level in Changchun from 2006 to 2015 found that the ecological safety grade of arable land in Changchun has been a critical state of safety,but the relation degree of the sample has a trend of zigzag rising,and the range of change is-0.1265-0.1369.From 2006 to 2010,the structure and function of cultivated land ecosystem in Changchun are facing pressure from population,city and grain.The ecological security situation of cultivated land is more severe.(2)The obstacle factors of the ecological safety of cultivated land in Changchun for 2006-2015 years have been diagnosed.It is found that the pressure subsystem has always hindered the ecological security of cultivated land in Changchun,and the status sub-system hinders the ecological safety of cultivated land in Changchun,and the degree of the response subsystem to the ecological safety of cultivated land in Changchun is reduced.(3)The ecological safety evolution trend of cultivated land in Changchun from 2016 to 2020 was predicted and analyzed.It was found that the ecological safety grade of arable land in Changchun was a critical state of safety in 2016-2019 years.In 2020,the ecological safety grade of cultivated land in Changchun was rising to a safer state,and the relation degree was generally rising,and the trend of development was good.(4)The obstacle factors of the ecological safety forecast value of cultivated land in Changchun for 2016-2020 years were diagnosed.The analysis showed that after 2016,the obstacle degree of the pressure subsystem and the state subsystem increased continuously,while the obstacle degree of the response subsystem decreased year by year.The obstacle degree of the three subsystems was ordered : state subsystem > pressure subsystem > response subsystem..(5)In the future of cultivated land utilization and ecological security protection in Changchun,we should focus on the status of ecological security of cultivated land in Changchun,pay more attention to the protection of cultivated land,improve the efficiency of cultivated land use,increase investment in science and technology,improve the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land,give full play to the function of the government,make policies and carry out various work according to local conditions.
