Assembly is an important part of the product life cycle.If the same set of components is assembled by different groups,the efficiency is often different.Product assembly sequence is usually determined by design engineers based on experience.However,as the number of parts increases,the number of feasible assembly sequences increases exponentially.The purpose of the assembly sequence planning is to find optimal assembly sequence to guide assembly.The optimal assembly sequence can reduce the cost and time of product assembly,thereby improving the efficiency of product assembly.This paper constructs the assembly planning model.Aiming at the overall stability of the product assembly,the continuous installation of some parts and so on,the paper uses 4 corresponding evaluation indexes,so that the objective function can reflect the advantages and disadvantages of assembly sequence more comprehensively and accurately.The assembly information matrix plays an important role in the feasibility evaluation and evaluation of assembly sequence,which is composed of matrix of interference matrix and connection matrix.Aiming at the problem of low assembly efficiency,this paper uses artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the optimal assembly sequence.In the employed bee phase of the algorithm,the cross operation of the solution will be based on the hybrid strategy of Position-based Crossover and Partial-Mapped Crossover;In the onlooker bee phase,the algorithm will also adopt a combination of multiple methods to improve the quality of the solution;In scout bee phase reinitialize the solution that do not change in assigned number of times.Several important parameters in the algorithm are selected,and the optimal values are obtained by many experiments and comparisons in view of the changes of the parameters.The efficiency of artificial bee colony algorithm is verified by comparing with the current competitive intelligent algorithm.Automated assembly is the actual verification of assembly sequence planning.Describes the hierarchy of components,the method of setting part constraints,and the automatic assembly algorithm.Automatic assembly has a great improvement in efficiency compared to manual assembly operation using handheld devices in virtual assembly environment.The main innovation of this dissertation is that the artificial bee colony algorithm is applied to the assembly sequence planning and some improvements are made to the drawbacks of the artificial bee colony algorithm so that the algorithm is more efficient in solving the assembly sequence planning.The secondary development of the Creo platform can automatically obtain the interference matrix and automatic assembly function of the assembly,so as to improve the efficiency of the developer.The research of this project has a positive significance for shortening the development cycle of the product,reducing the cost of the product development and improving the assembly efficiency of the product.
