With the continuous improvement of social productivity,the people's living standard has also become an upward trend.There has been a lot of changes in the way of life and production.The emergence of gas appliance is one of them.As the ignition device of gas appliance,the piezoelectric ignitron has been well received by the gas appliance enterprises.According to the investigation on the ignitron enterprises,it is found that the manual operation is the commonest way for the blanking,clearing and strapping of ignitron production process in enterprises.It has inefficiency,labor-intensive and other shortcomings in this way,so it is of great significance to develop equipment for blanking and cleaning the ignitron.Under the support of the enterprise cooperation project,some key technologies of the automatic ignitron blanking machine are investigated in this thesis.The main research contents are as follows:By the market research and the analyses of enterprise requirement confirm the basic technical requirements of the automatic ignitron blanking machine.The functional analysis,the workflow design and the overall layout design of automatic ignitron blanking machine are carried out to confirm the overall design scheme.The design of the key mechanical mechanism of the automatic ignitron blanking machine is completed,which mainly includes the feeding assembly,the manipulator assembly,pressing-bar assembly and the blanking assembly.And the pneumatic system of the whole equipment is designed in detail.The milling mechanism and the automatic strapping machine are studied as the two key mechanisms of the automatic ignitron blanking machine.A set of milling mechanism is designed to clear out the dry glue in the aluminum,and the mechanism is optimized gradually through the optimization of the motor,the redesign of the transmission mechanism and the design of the tool.After analyzing the research status and key problems of the automatic strapping machine,and comparing the rotary strapping mechanism and the chained strapping mechanism,the most suitable automatic strapping machine scheme for this equipment is selected.The automatic ignitron blanking machine scheme is verified by the method of virtual assembly.The static analysis of the key components in the equipment is carried out to verify that the strength and stiffness satisfy usage needs.The modal analysis of the main frame and the milling mechanism is carried out to ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment operation.At last,the fabricating,debugging and operation status of the equipment are briefly narrated.
