With the development of interdisciplinary research,polymer material has been more and more used.Flexible performance and the green technology make it widelyapplied in the field of medical health,analysis as well as testing.Among them,the molecularly imprinted polymer has been used and displayed attractive application prospect in many areas such as separation and enrichment of organic and inorganic compounds,biomimetic sensor,artificial enzyme catalyst,antibody mimic enzyme,chiral separation of drugs,drug controlled release,drug screening,etc.Nowadays,the abuse of antibiotics is very serious in China.Especially,beta lactam antibiotics are overused because of the broad antimicrobial spectrum,not only in clinic,but also in livestock breeding.The overuse of antibiotics in the clinic has led to a rapid increase in bacterial resistance,in which the New Delhi metallo-beta lactamase,secreted by drug-resistant bacteria,is becoming a serious threat to the production and life of the people because of the ability to hydrolyze most of the antibiotics.Therefore,based on the comprehensive consideration of antibiotic resistance,environmental monitoring and removal,and the study of the hydrolysis mechanism of New Delhi metallo beta lactamase 1(NDM-1),we will focus on the study of cefoperazone sodium,a cephalosporin containing methionine tetrazolium.1)Through the three steps of chloromethylation,chlorine hydrolysis and epichlorohydrin coupling,polystyrene benzyl glycidyl ether was successfully prepared;Then we used the infrared analysis to study the structure characteristics,also the epoxy value and chlorine contentto confirm the number of active groups in the product;vacuum drying and reserve for following use.2)With semi-covalent method based on molecular imprinting technique,polystyrene benzyl glycidyl ether as the basic materials,under the catalysis of four Butyl Ammonium Bromide,Cefoperazone sodium / polystyrene graft polymer was obtained after the open loop reaction of epoxy groups in polystyrene benzyl glycidyl ether and phenolic hydroxyl groups on the 7 side chain.The identification and hydrolysis mechanism of cefoperazone sodium / polystyrene graft polymer and NDM-1 shows that the hydrolysis mechanism of NDM-1 for cefoperazone sodium is: the synergistic process of the amide bond on the four membered ring of the lactam,the double bond heterotopic and the 3 group falling.3)With Semi-covalent method based on molecular imprinting technique,polystyrene benzyl glycidyl ether as the basic materials,under the catalysis of four Butyl Ammonium Bromide,Cefoperazone sodium / polystyrene graft polymer was obtained after the open loop reaction of the epoxy phenolic hydroxyl group and cefoperazone sodium 7 side chain.Under the condition of two ethylene and three amine,cefoperazone sodium / polystyrene graft polymer was cured with bisphenol A epoxy resin,and then cefoperazone sodium was removed by alkali hydrolysis.The cefoperazone sodium molecularly imprinted monolithic column was finally obtained.The study shows that the whole column has good adsorption properties for cefoperazone sodium.The good adsorptionability of cefoperazone sodium molecularly imprinted monolithic column shows that it has a good application prospect in industrialization.
