In this paper,a simple,convenient and efficient one-step process is used to prepare the luminescent quantum dots(QDs)thin films.Only spinning the mixture of metal precursor solutions,and followed by annealing,the luminescent quantum dots thin films are prepared with different fluorescence.Furthermore,we studied the effect of different process conditions on the performance of the sample,and found the process conditions for obtaining the QDs thin films with maximum fluorescence efficiency.What has mainly investigated in this paper are present as follows:1.The metal hydroxide was dissolved in n-butylamine and carbon disulfide to prepare the precursor solution,and CdInS alloy type luminescent quantum dot thin films was successfully prepared by using ethanol as solvent and MPA as ligand.By changing the reaction conditions,CdInS quantum dots with different sizes can be obtained.And the CdInS quantum dot thin films with the highest fluorescence efficiency of 36.5%can be synthesized controllable.2.CuO and Cd(OH)2 were dissolved in n-butylamine and carbon disulfide respectively to prepare the precursor solution.The Cu:CdS quantum dot thin films were prepared by using ethanol as solvent and MPA as ligand.It is found that the fluorescence wavelength of the CdS quantum dots will make a red-shift with the doping of Cu,and the fluorescence intensity get the largest when the doping concentration is 1%.The fluorescence color(yellow,orange,red)of the Cu doped CdS quantum dot thin films can be controlled by changing the reaction conditions.3.Ag doped ZnxCdl-xS quantum dot thin films was synthesized by using more clean and non-toxic water as solvent and MPA as ligand.All the experiments were carried out under the open air.Without changing the experimental conditions and only changing the proportion of Zn/Cd,the Ag doped ZnxCd1-xS quantum dot thin films can be obtained with the maximum fluorescence efficiency of 24.6%covering the full spectrum.And it has been applied to ITO to fabricate luminescent,transparent,and conductive multi-functional thin films.
