With the development of economy,volume of pollutants get into water through various forms,which pollute river sediment and lead to a higher pollutant concentration of dredged mud in river channels and ports.Since the polluted mud has higher moisture content and it's rich in heavy metals,nitrogen,phosphorus as well as organic pollutants,it's difficult to realize slurry separation under natural conditions.In this case,it needs a long period of precipitation,which increases the mud dumping area and the difficulty of discharging dredged waste water.How to realize a fast slurry separation and make the moisture content of dredged mud decrease quickly are not only a practical dredging engineering problem that urgently need to be addressed,but also related to land resource utilization and environmental protection.Therefore,Fenton reagent is adopted in the paper to pre-process dredged mud in order to improve the effect of slurry separation for further research.Firstly,the measurement of mud property and the research progress of Fenton reagent for pre-treatment are summarized comprehensively.The related characteristics of dredged mud are introduced and the key experimental indexes are determined,which provide basis and guidance for further research.In addition,some common pre-treatment methods are introduced.Four oxidized pre-treatment methods are elaborated in-depth,including ozone,chlorine dioxide,potassium permanganate and Fenton.Next,according to the deficiencies of the existing research and practical engineering situation,the separation effect is taken as the criterion in experimental link.It is hoped to explore the optimal condition of releasing Fenton reagent and determine that there is no significant relation between Fenton quantity and mud's moisture content.A contrast experiment is conducted by respectively using both Fenton reagent and flocculant as well as separately using flocculant to deal with mud.The differences of their slurry separation effect and the mud properties before and after the pre-treatment are compared.Thus,it can be confirmed that the addition of Fenton reagent improves the slurry separation effect greatly.Finally,based on the practical engineering,a dynamic experiment device is constructed.The effect of three reagents' mixed mode is compared and Fenton's optimal releasing condition in the dynamic experiment is proposed.At the same time,the device is improved correspondingly in order to realize a better slurry separation effect.By changing the flow velocity,the ternary nonlinear regression model of slurry separation effect and flow path length,time as well as flow velocity is established.Combined with examples,the benefit analysis of using both Fenton reagent and flocculant is carried out.
