A chemical company in Jiangxi mainly produces 1-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,3,4-tetrazole,4-Ethyl-2,3-dioxo-piperazinecarbonylchloride and other cephalosporin antibiotics intermediates.The raw materials include trichloromethane,tetrahydrofuran and other organic materials.Some organic raw materials will be infiltrated into the process wastewater and some by-products produced during the reaction process,resulting in high salinity,deep chromaticity and toxicity.In recent years,the production lines of enterprises have increased,the types of products are varied,the organic load of waste water is increased,the difficulty of treatment is rising,which makes the process of wastewater treatment nearly collapse,and the wastewater can not meet the specified discharge requirements.This topic collects and analyzes the characteristics of the wastewater of the enterprise.The most suitable experimental conditions were studied through MAP,Fe-C Fenton and so on.A new wastewater treatment plan for MAP+Fe-C+Fenton+ABR+AO+BAF is determined according to the quality of wastewater and the results of small scale experiments.The new process adopts separate collection of waste water,parallel and series combined propulsion mode.The best biochemical conditions of ABR,AO,BAF and other biochemical processes were determined through actual engineering debugging,and the start-up and operation of each process were analyzed.The details are as follows:?1?the optimum reaction pH range is 9.5-10.5,the optimum range of Mg/N is1.1-1.3,the optimum ratio range of P/N is 1.1-1.3,and the optimum reaction time is30min.The order of primary and secondary is R?pH?>R?P/N?>R?reaction time?>R?Mg/N?.The removal rate of the MAP test was 79%.The removal efficiency of the actual process was 72%after the operation was started.?2?Fe-C experiment pH range is about 3.5,reaction time is controlled at 150min,iron and carbon dosage is controlled at 450g/L.The order of primary and secondary effects of various factors on the experimental results is R?iron and carbon dosage?>R?pH?>R?reaction time?.The removal rate of CODCr was 26%in the small scale experiment,and the CODCr removal rate was 22%after the actual start-up process.?3?Fenton and Fe-C process in series,pH=2.3-3.5,hydrogen peroxide concentration value 16-17mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O=8-9g/L,reaction time control in 30min.The primary and secondary relationship of all factors is R?pH?>R?FeSO4·7H2O?>R?30%H2O2?>R?reaction time?.The removal rate of CODCrr is 36%,and the CODCr removal rate is 33%.The actual NH3-N removal rate of the combined process is 11%.?4?ABR starts three steps,including sludge inoculation,domestication and maturation,which takes 90 days.The inoculation volume of mud was 90t,and the acclimation stage was operated at low load,and the load was less than 0.4kgCODCr/?m3·d?.In the early stage,the static anaerobic fermentation was applied.After inoculation,water was started at low load and gradually increased the influent load.After stability,the CODCr value of the effluent is about 1000mg/L,the removal rate is65-72%,the ammonia nitrogen value of the effluent is about 120mg/L,the concentration range of the ammonia nitrogen is 97-108mg/L,the remova rate of ammonia nitrogen is about-20%,showing a negative increase.?5?The A/O startup process costs 60 days.After stable operation,SV30 is 28%,nitrification fluid reflux ratio is 200%,MLSS is 3600mg/L,DO of A pool and O pool is 0.2-0.3mg/L and 3-4mg/L respectively.The sludge reflux ratio was controlled by70%.The effluent CODCr is 200-250mg/L,and the removal rate is about 71%.The effluent NH3-N is 40mg/L,and the removal rate is 68%.?6?the start up process of BAF include vaccination stage and continuous influx stage.The removal rate of CODCr is 55%,the effluent is less than 120mg/L.the removal rate of NH3-N is 50%,and the ammonia nitrogen of effluent is lower than 25mg/L.All indicators of final effluent conform to the discharge standard of water pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry Chemical Synthesis Products Category?GB 21904-2008?.
