Water resources have an important impact on the survival of humankind,the economic development of the regional society,and the construction of the ecological environment.It is the premise of protecting water environment to accurately calculated the ability of the water pollution capacity.The study on water pollution capacity based on water environment capacity has important theoretical value for dividing the ecological red line of water.To formulate pollution prevention and control plan.which is a great significance to the sustainable development of regional society.Taking the Shimantan Reservoir in Henan Province as the study area,The trend of reservoir water quality was evaluated and analyzed by GIS.Combined the calculation of water environmental capacity with gray water footprint theory,selected TP,TN,NH3-N and COD as control factors,analyzed the absorb pollution capacity of Shimantan Reservoir.?1?It was used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate water quality,the result shows that the water quality of reservoir was well,the factors all achieved the water quality standard of Class III and accorded with the requirement of water function except TP.There was a positive correlation between organic pollution and COD.?2?Using GIS to analyze the water quality of monitoring points,it was found that the rising trend of oil pollutants was obvious,and other types of pollution all showed a downward trend.Although the oil pollutants had an upward trend,the concentration was very small,which was much lower than the required standard concentration,Nitrogen and phosphorus were the main inducement of eutrophication in reservoir water,Controlling the discharge of nitrogen and phosphorus is the key point of reservoir water environment management.?3?Combine the water footprint theory to calculate the reservoir water environment capacity.The calculation results show that:P=90%,COD was 52458.16t,NH3-N was 12053.44t,TP was 207.763t,TN was 1330.545t;P=50%,COD was 121255t,NH3-N was 27880.83t,TP was 479.938t,TN was 3054.137t;P=10%,COD was 236449.8t,NH3-N was 54359.72t,TP was 935.884t,TN was 5966.675t;At the condition of normal water level,the TP reduction was 362.73t,and other pollution factors have a large remaining capacity.?4?Divided the reservoir water ecological red line area,yellow line area and green line area,The water volume of the reservoir was sufficient and basically remained in the green line;and the water quantity was sufficient.In the whole year,the amount of red line was 5.44million tons,the typical representative calculates that the amount of waste water was 6 million tons,and the actual amount of pollutants into reservoir was between 3 or 4 million tons,which was within the red line,and the calculation of gray water footprint of reservoir showed that the achievements in water environment treatment were remarkable.Combined the calculation of water environmental capacity with the gray water footprint has enriched the calculation of water environment capacity.The simulation results were consistent with the present situation of Shimantan Reservoir.It is very important on water pollution protection and strengthened the management of reservoir water environment.which is also provide scientific basis for better management of reservoir water environment.
