| As the booming development of economic globalization,the role of Group Corporation in the entire economic ecosystem is becoming increasingly prominent.The management of parent-subsidiary has become major obstacle to the development of many corporations.This has also inspired the research on parent-subsidiary company management to become a subject of extensive research in the industry.The thesis focuses on the actual situation of H Group’s parent-subsidiary development,finds and analyzes existing problems,and then proposes the optimal decisions and measures for future development of the corporation,which include valuable practical solutions.The value of the research in this thesis is listed as follows:(1)We systematically review the trends of business development for H Group Corporation based on relevant literatures and theories,so as to judge whether the management mode is scientific and find the critical problems.(2)We analyze the difference between the theory and current situation of the corporation,for evaluating the deficiency of current management models,and we also have some discussion with experts to explore innovative view and practical solutions.What we mainly research in this thesis includes analyzing current management model and problems of the H Group Corporation,tracking reasonable causes and proposing effective optimized solutions.In pursuit of improving company-controlling quality and eliminating potential problems as soon as possible,we have detail research of the corporation on assessment structure,supervision regulations,etc.In the premise of keeping current management situation of the corporation,we propose some solutions to solve the problems by applying relevant theories and practice.The thesis involves a series of research models including comparison analysis,case analysis and offline questionnaire.This thesis selects the H Group Corporation as the main research object and analyzes the obstacles caused by the traditional management methods.We focus on the actual demand of the corporation for the management of parent-subsidiary and match the current situation with relevant theory and practice,and then conduct deep research on its existing problems and finally propose efficient solutions.Specifically,the solutions include restricting the rights of the top management of the corporation,constructing a budget management system,strengthening information systems,and allocating resources among subsidiaries to ensure that the group can use its limited resource to obtain more benefits.At the end of the article,we also look into the direction of further research. |
