With the rapid and rapid development of the national economy,the development of the logistics and transportation industry is changing with each passing day.Both the sender of the goods,the logistics company,and the recipients of the goods are very much looking forward to the impact of the goods even if they are being transported.Vibration can be kept as intact as possible,so that the rate of damage of the goods being transported can be reduced to a minimum,thereby reducing economic losses.This prompted researchers to carry out further excavation and research on the buffer packaging of the goods.During the research process,it is required that the packaging materials should be as green as possible and the packaging materials should have good buffering effect.As a result,paper-based cushioning packaging materials came into being.Among them,honeycomb paperboard and corrugated cardboard were among the paper-based packaging materials.These two types of paper-based packaging materials have received the love of many researchers,but many researchers have found that although The two kinds of packaging materials have a certain buffering effect,but each has its own scope of application.When the honeycomb paperboard is subjected to a relatively large pressure load,the buffering effect is very ideal,and when subjected to some relatively small pressure loads,the buffering effect thereof.It is not ideal;the corrugated board has the opposite effect.Because of this,this project will combine corrugated paperboard and honeycomb paperboard two types of buffer packaging materials to form a new combination of cardboard-corrugated-honeycomb composite board,to study the various buffering properties of corrugated board-honeycombined paperboard,thus buffering Manufacturers of packaging materials provide a certain theoretical basis.First of all,this topic has studied the research status of some domestic and foreign researchers in honeycomb paperboard,corrugated paperboard,and corrugated cardboard-honeycombination paperboard,analyzed the research results of these domestic and foreign researchers in these fields,and also read a lot of Theoretical knowledge about cushioning packaging materials and related standard specification documents at home and abroad.At the same time,a very detailed understanding of the research status of honeycomb paperboard,corrugated paperboard,and corrugated cardboard-honeycombination paperboard has been obtained,as well as the static compression test and vibration transfer test of honeycomb paperboard,corrugated paperboard,and corrugated-honeycomb composite board.Each test requires a very clear understanding.Secondly,the correlative mechanical properties of the corrugated-honeycomb composite board and the theory of the sandwich board were studied,and the stress of the honeycomb sandwich structure was analyzed.Finally,after detailed analysis of the model created in the four stages of honeycomb paperboard,according to the test methods and requirements of the static compression test and vibration transfer test in the national standards,the honeycomb paperboard,corrugated paperboard,and corrugated-honeycombination paperboard respectively Related experiments were carried out to obtain the data curves of the static compression test and vibration transfer test of honeycomb paperboard,corrugated paperboard,and corrugated-honeycomb composite board respectively,and the test analysis was performed to obtain their respective buffering advantages.The series of experimental studies conducted by this project and the related research results obtained through corresponding research and analysis will play a certain theoretical reference value for the buffer packaging of the goods during the actual transportation process.
