| The composite fibers made by electrospinning are randomly and disorderly arranged,and their application range is limited.Onlysingle nanofiber continuous and single axis fiber bundles have more broad application prospects.Highly oriented nano array structure not only has the properties of nano materials in general.Compared with the disordered nanomaterials,its various performance is more excellent,such as nano array structure easily through the electric,magnetic,optical field to achieve control of the external field,and make it become the design of micro devices.In this paper,inorganic materials(titanium dioxide,titanate)as the research object.The orientation of the titanium dioxide,lithium titanate,zinc titanate fibers were prepared by electrospinning method.And through the SEM,XRD,TEM and other characterization means to characterize their morphology.Electrochemical characterization of the prepared oriented lithium titanate was carried out.The main results are as follows:1,Through the deployment of the ratio of inorganic and crosslinking agent,adjusting the injection voltage as well as receiving speed,the orientation of the titanium dioxide fiber was successfully obtained.The fiber orientation is good and bundles can be directed.The fibers have a certain mechanical strength,directional morphology is obvious.The experimental method is provided for the preparation of oriented titanate material.2,Using 1 of the experimental method,using butyl titanate and lithium acetate as raw materials,the use of acetic acid ethanol mixed solution preparation of electro spinning solution precursor.In the same 1,by adjusting the experimental parameters(injection voltage,receiving speed,the concentration of the crosslinking agent)to obtain the orientation of lithium titanate fibers,the fiber orientation is good,and there is a certain electrochemical properties.In the first charge and discharge,the lithium titanate electrode showed a relatively strong electrochemical performance,and the charge specific capacity reached 120mAh·g-1.With the Li+’s embedding process until the voltage drops to 1.0V,there is still a 120mAh ·g-1 ratio capacity.And for the first time the efficiency of Kulun reached 99.11%.3,Using 1 of the experimental method,using butyl titanate and zinc acetate as raw materials,the use of acetic acid ethanol mixed solution preparation of electro spinning solution precursor.In the same 1,by adjusting the experimental parameters(injection voltage,receiving speed,the concentration of the crosslinking agent)to obtain the orientation of zinc titanate fiber,the fiber orientation is good,and there is a certain mechanical strength. |
