With the continuous development of society,the rapid growth of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,therefore,the demand for wood continues to increase in various industries.But at the same time,there is a higher demand for the quality of the wood.Facing the severe environment of the wood industry,the process of wood drying has become an important link to ensure and improve the quality of wood,reduce the loss of timber,and improve the utilization rate of timber.In order to reduce costs,increase production efficiency to achieve better economic benefits,and enable China to catch up with foreign technology faster in the field of woodworking machinery,the development of a dry kiln sheet palletizing machine that can work continuously is imminent.This article through the investigation of the status quo of the domestic and foreign palletizing equipment,combined with the actual needs of the domestic dryer manufacturers to determine the entire production line of the production process,and adopt a way to choose the.best way to design a plate palletizing production line suitable for drying manufacturers in China,and produce major economic and technical indicators.The total production line is divided into the production line of CNC planking for dry kiln and the production line of CNC pad staking for dry kiln,the layout analysis and structural design of the two production lines were separately performed,and the main structure and technical parameters of the production line were marked out.In addition,the virtual displacement theory and the analysis of the bearing capacity of the lever arm of the scissor mechanism are carried out in the design of a numerically controlled lift table.In the production line of CNC planking for dry kiln,panel destacking upender machine is the first machine and the most important machine.This article analyzes the characteristics of the machine to determine the composition and function of the machine,and then perform finite element static analysis on the inverted frame pins subjected to greater stress and carries out the structural design of the push-stacking mechanism.From the aspect of structure and price,comparative analysis is made on the hydraulic transmission push-stacking mechanism,screw transmission push-stacking mechanism,chain transmission push-stacking mechanism,and hydraulic transmission push-stacking mechanism combined with steel wire rope.Through Adams,the four thrust mechanisms were simulated and four types of thrust were obtained.In the work process,the dynamic impact moment of the mechanism is further selected according to the situation of the dynamic impact of the pushing mechanism in the movement.Design the production line of CNC panel staking for dry kiln PLC control system,completed the function description and resource requirement analysis of the production line control system,electrical schematic design,hardware selection and touch screen software design and development,taking the control of part of the action process of the production line of CNC pad staking for dry kiln as an example,the PLC program design of the control system is performed.The research of the production line of CNC panel staking for dry kiln and control system researched and developed by this article meets the requirements of domestic drying yards for improving the palletizing efficiency,improving the automation degree and reducing the labor cost before the board enters the kiln.The innovative design provides new ideas and basis.
