| "Internal processing" is a new method to process the tool or energy of the processed object directly to the interior of the material,and to form a new surface."Internal processing" is essentially different from traditional processing.It widens the limitations of the traditional processing that can’t directly process the internal structure of the material.Ultrasonic machining is a method of using ultrasonic standing wave will be suspended and the workpiece,the workpiece is solid-liquid coexistence,then the use of ultrasound will focus on internal energy of the workpiece,the position of the focus material is molten,let the focus from the outside to the inside of the material internal,through processing is the focus of poly path trajectory,waste the ultrasonic machining process through the outlet,and ultimately the formation of the internal structure of the processing method.This technology is able to process opaque materials internally and has strong practicability.Compared with traditional processing,laser processing and 3D printing technology,it has unique advantages.The realization of a metal material in ultrasonic machining difficulty is studied in different temperature detection of ultrasonic penetration with different shape and structure of the metal after the strength attenuation,the ultrasonic detection under different temperature changes through the strength of the metal,provides theoretical and practical reference for solving this problem.Based on the acoustic theory,this paper proposes the theoretical model of metal with different penetration thickness and structure at different temperatures,and simulates it with MATLAB simulation software.The key point of this paper is to build an experimental system for detecting the strength of ultrasonic penetrating thickness and different metal structures at different temperatures.The experimental and simulation results are compared and analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the theory of acoustics and the theory of reflection and transmission under the condition of ultrasonic vertical incidence,the ultrasonic conduction characteristics of materials are studied,and the material of acoustic conductivity is selected for experimental materials.In this paper,the MATLAB simulation software is used to simulate the intensity changes after ultrasonic penetration of metal at different temperatures.(2)According to the theoretical model,the paper designs the ultrasonic testing system at different temperatures.Then,each device of the ultrasonic testing system is selected and the ultrasonic testing system is built.Finally,the system is optimized according to the problems in the experiment.(3)At different temperatures,the same thickness of the same internal structure of the aluminum block ultrasonic penetration experiment,experimental data,comparative analysis and combination of theory and draws corresponding conclusions;at the same temperature,the same aluminum block with different thickness of the internal structure of the ultra sound penetration experiment,record the experimental data,comparison combined with the analysis of theory and draws corresponding conclusions;at the same temperature,the different internal structure of the same thickness of the aluminum block ultrasonic penetration experiment,experimental data,comparative analysis and combination of theory and draws corresponding conclusions.(4)Based on the experimental results and the simulation results,a comparative analysis is carried out.From the two aspects of experiment and simulation,we can get the rule of ultrasonic intensity after penetrating the metal at different temperatures. |
