With the current advances in science and technology,especially the development of optical components and microelectronics industries and related industries,the demand for smooth and ultra-smooth surfaces and the requirements for surface quality are continuously increasing.However,some existing polishing methods exist many shortcomings and problems,such as high economic costs,inefficient processing,strong dependence on workers and technology,etc.Two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration assisted polishing process is a new development idea based on conventional ultrasonic machining and conventional polishing process for the precision polishing of smooth and ultra-smooth surfaces,which can improve the material removal rate and improve the surface quality.In this study,we built a two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration aided polishing device,ultrasonic vibration attached to the two dimensions of the polishing device,one dimension of the ultrasonic vibration applied to the tool head spindle,so that the longitudinal ultrasonic vibration axis,the other dimension The ultrasonic vibration is added to the polishing liquid supply device to spray the polishing liquid on the surface of the workpiece in the form of vapor and mist flow.At the same time,the entire processing system can be automated with the CNC machine tool as platform,thereby getting rid of excessive dependence on the workers.Two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration assisted polishing is a research area to be developed.In this paper,the control and optimization of processing parameters in the process of polishing from ultrasonic polishing equipment to polishing process are studied from the theoretical and experimental methods.The main contents are as follows:(1)The main properties and functions of the horn are described.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,the basic design method of the horn is analyzed and studied.Based on this,The design method is introduced,simulated and verified,which provides the basis and theoretical basis for the design of the new horn.(2)The text uses the traditional way and the modern method union the design way,uses the high level language of ANSYS and the MATLAB procedure calls each other,the automatic modeling and the optimization technology designs the Bezier curve transforms the horn according to the ultrasonic polishing processing request.The horn is based on the ladder-type horn designed by the traditional method.The Bezier curve is introduced into the profile as the transition of contour.Based on the genetic algorithm and the finite element dynamic analysis theory,the amplification factor of the horn Vibration frequency optimization model for the optimization model to establish a circular modal analysis of the horn resonance analysis and analysis of the resonant frequency of the horn and the magnification and other analysis results were repeatedly extracted and optimized for the final design of ultrasonic polishing Horn.(3)The selection and principle of polishing liquid atomizer are described,and the formula of droplet size prediction is modified.The influence of solid particle size and solid particle concentration on the size of ultrasonic atomization droplet is added into the polishing liquid.The formula can be used to control ultrasonic atomization processing parameters,as well as the size of the droplet slurry prediction.(4)A set of two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration assisted polishing method suitable for high-precision surface polishing is proposed.The orthogonal experiment of 304 stainless steel is carried out by using this polishing method.The effects of ultrasonic vibration amplitude(Am),spindle speed(rad/min),feed speed(v),particle size of abrasive particles(R)and other factors on the machined surface quality were analyzed.Based on the experimental study,Good process parameters.
