Study On Landscape Design Of Tangbai River Embankment In Xiangyang City Based On Ecological Restoration Concept

With the continuous development of the city,people's demand for urban ecological landscape green space is increasing.The improvement of river embankment can provide residents with more choices for cultural travel.However,at present,most rivers in China have problems of poor landscape and poor ecological environment,which limits the futher development of embankment landscape.Therefore,it is very important to find an ecological and sustainable development route for river embankment landscape construction in accordance with ecological principles.By means of literature review,interdisciplinary research and summarization,this paper explores the methods of urban river embankment landscape design based on the concept of ecological restoration.From the study of basic theory to the practice of guiding the landscape planning and design of Tangbai river embankment in Xiangyang city,it mainly includes the following aspects.1.It defines the relevant concepts involved and further clarifies the meaning “embankment”.The research status of river ecological restoration theory and river embankment landscape design at home and abroad are summarized.2.Begin from research of river ecological restoration theory and discusses the characteristics of landscape design in the urban river bank,and based on the ecological problems of Tangbai river,puts forward the multi-dimensional design principles and methods of the ecological embankment.Following the above theoretical framework,three excellent cases with different design features are analyzed,and some excellent design methods are summarized.3.In the planning and design of the Tangbai river embankment in Xiangyang city,four implementing ideas of the landscape design of Tangbai river embankment are formulated according to the current situation of the site,the multi-dimensional ecological embankment construction method obtained above and learning from the previous excellent cases.In the overall design,the landscape structure model of “three principal,two axis and multi-point infiltration” is adopted.According to the original natural resources and regional cultural characteristics of the site,the park is divided into six zones under the guidance of the three functional structures of “ecology”,“appreciation” and “activity”.Each partition has different features.In the plant planting design project,three planting methods are adopted,the main purpose of which is to restore the vegetation along the embankment.In a word,the design has completed the ecological benefits,landscape benefits,social benefits of organic combination.This paper integrates the concept of river ecological restoration into landscape design,elevates the simple design of embankment to the construction of ecological landscape,and promotes the landscaping of river embankment.Finally,the functional unification of ecology,aesthetics,entertainment,popular science education and economy was realized.
