Coal mine auxiliary transport machinery has been applied widely with the rapid development of mining technology,and the rail transport gradually replaced by trackless transport.The application of trackless rubber tire vehicle in large and medium-sized coal mines must be the only road to construct safety and efficient mine.The dust generating source and migration law in transport roadway is different from that in working face,and in the auxiliary transport roadway dust generate mainly during trackless vehicles running.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct a fully research on the effect of trackless rubber tire vehicle running on the dust migration law in auxiliary transport roadway.The three-dimensional numerical simulation was carried out using COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0 and the effect of airflow factors and vehicle operation on dust concentration was analyzed.(1)The theoretical analysis on the influence of environment temperature,humidity and pressure on the air density and dynamic viscosity is carried out.The effect of dust moisture content on its density and diameter was studied.The result indicates that temperature reduction,humidity increases and pressure reduction lead to air dynamic viscosity reduction,the increase of water content lead to the increase of particle density and particle size,the reduction of air dynamic viscosity thus lead to dust pollution range extension(2)Three-dimensional simulations researches on the effect of tunnel flow velocity,vehicle running on tunnel wind raising dust ability and wind power transport are conducted.The results show that,the dust raising intensity increases with the wind velocity increasing,dust concentration decreases in a certain range,well pollution range is wider.The dust concentration increases with the wind velocity increasing in the distance.When vehicle runs downwind,bimodal distribution of dust concentration appears at 25-30m in the front of vehicle.When vehicle runs against the wind,unmoral distribution appears at 25-35m in the rear of the vehicle.Peak value when upwind far outweigh the one when downwind.The higher the vehicle velocity,the bigger the dust raising intensity and concentration.
