Trackless rubber tire vehicle,an important equipment for auxiliary transportation in coal mines,can save a lot of manpower,material resources and improve transportation efficiency.However,at the same time,due to the narrow underground roadway and complex environmental structure,it is easy to cause traffic congestion in the underground and even traffic accidents in serious cases.The function of traditional underground monitoring system is too simple to satisfy the production requirements of coal mine.Therefore,the research contents of underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicle dispatching and monitoring system are as follows:Firstly,according to the actual working environment in coal mine,combined with the functional requirements and design requirements of various parts of the system,the overall plan of the dispatching system is determined.Besides,the important equipment was hardware selected.By analyzing the structure of underground roadway and the actual situation of vehicle operation,the structure of underground roadway is classified and segmented.Moreover,the way of layout of underground equipment in different structures of roadway are designed.Secondly,The safe driving rules of vehicles in different structural roadways were made.By detecting the signal intensity of the vehicle transmitting node,the method of judging the direction of the vehicle driving in the mine and the entering-leaving of the vehicle are designed;By designing the number of content vehicles and the safe distance of following vehicles in the underground roadway,the control strategy of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in the underground straight wide roadway,straight narrow roadway and three-branch roadway is studied and formulated;The underground wireless communication technology and location algoritthm are selected,the realization process and optimization idea of vehicle location algorithm are studied.Besides,the optimization algorithm is verified by experiments to improve the location accuracy.Finally,according to the requirements of the dispatching system,the software design of the main station and the substation of the system were carried out separately with the simulation experiment.The expected research objectives,such as automatic control,uphole monitoring,vehicle operation history query and manual intervention can be achieved.The design system which can operate steadily and reliably improves the efficiency of underground vehicle transportation and modernization of monitoring.
