The Research And Design Of Downhole Automatic Door System

In the installation of automatic door system of coal mine in our country at present the ventilation condition,safety monitoring,disaster control and prevention,especially in the monitoring system of fire control and prevention is less and the system function is not complete,also the lack of adequate monitoring ability for cataclysm.In this paper the present situation of research and design of a new type of automatic door system,based on the automatic door audio video monitoring technology is applied to relief damper,to provide disaster relief workers,hd video at the same time can verify disaster period success of automatic door remote control,intelligent disaster relief.Near the relief damper installed at the same time environmental data monitoring system,realize the throttle environment parameters near real-time monitoring function,field first-hand data support for the decision of disaster relief.Then based on the research of the mine environment monitoring parameter data fusion,a secondary data fusion algorithm is put forward,and verified,and the function of automatic door system in the future perfect pointed out the direction.The study of an underground ventilation system control method,through the new well versed in a mine ventilation system air door control visual simulation system for disaster period automatic door control effect is simulated,the analysis shows that the system can effectively improve the level of mine safety information,greatly improving the work efficiency and data accuracy,improve the ability of the ventilation system of disaster relief,is advantageous to the mine safety production.
