Coal mines in China are mostly mine workers.Whether it is mine construction or coal mining,a large number of roadways will inevitably be excavated.The main task of ventilation system during tunneling is to discharge harmful gases such as gas and dust in the process of tunneling safely and efficiently,and to provide clean air for the workers in tunneling face.At present,the ventilation decision-making in the period of shaft construction and roadway excavation is mostly simple and extensive,which can not be timely changed according to the working environment.The phenomenon of onewind blowing and big horse-drawn trolley is widespread.The long-term operation of local fans at rated power not only wastes energy,but also tends to accumulate locally when harmful gases such as gas exceed the limit,which increases the risk of accidents.With the development of coal industry towards intellectualization,the intellectualization of ventilation system in the period of shaft construction and roadway excavation has become the general trend.Based on the actual investigation during the construction period of Hongqingliang Coal Mine,this paper studies how to integrate the expert's mature experience into the ventilation decision-making during roadway excavation to realize intelligent ventilation by applying the theory of gas control,fuzzy control,computer simulation and computer control.Aiming at this goal,the turbulent mass transfer mechanism in tunneling roadway is discussed firstly,and the mathematical model of gas migration mechanism and concentration distribution is analyzed,as well as the relevant factors affecting gas concentration.On this basis,the characteristics of air flow in tunneling roadway and the distribution characteristics of gas concentration under the action of air flow are further summarized.Secondly,according to the different characteristics of normal ventilation and gas over-discharge,two different modes of ventilation in tunneling roadway,the fuzzy control rules which can guide the decision-making of ventilation system are formulated,and a two-mode fuzzy control model suitable for tunneling roadway ventilation is established by using MATLAB.Among them,subjective analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weights of each sensor because the relationship between each sensor in the system is difficult to quantify.In order to realize the three-level structure of sensor-substation-computer,a data acquisition substation based on DSP is designed for data transmission between various harmful gas sensors in coal mine and monitoring computer in well.Finally,based on the analysis of the working environment of the roadway during the construction period of Hongqingliang Coal Mine in Erdos,the intelligent ventilation system during the roadway excavation period is applied to the roadway excavation process.Practice proves that the system is intelligent in decision-making and stable in operation,which provides technical guarantee for safe and efficient gas emission in tunneling,saves a lot of electric energy and achieves the expected goal of improving economic benefits.
