Design Of Wooden Door Automatic Spraying Flow Nozzle Structure And Its Control System

At present,there are many kinds of wooden doors in China,and the specifications are significantly different,so that the surface coating is generally applied by manual and ordinary mechanical spraying.However,the existing spraying environment has large pollution,low efficiency,and large loss of paint,and manual spraying is harmful to the operator.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of spraying wooden doors by artificial mechanical spraying instead of manual and ordinary machinery to improve the quality,efficiency and reduce coating loss of wooden door spraying,reduce production costs and improve working environment.In this paper,through the research on the existing artificial and ordinary mechanical wooden door spraying process,the existing problems are found and the feasibility of intelligent spraying is sought.Design the key components that need to be matched,and refer to the wood processing center and 3D printing program to study and analyze the way of the spray control system and prepare the control program for the needs of intelligent wooden door coating.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)analyze the existing wooden door spraying process,master the automatic spraying method at home and abroad,and analyze the key factors affecting the spraying quality,efficiency and coating loss;(2)Designing nozzles that are compatible with the requirements of intelligent spraying,meeting the linear relationship between the moving speed of spraying and the amount of spraying;(3)Study the control system of wooden door intelligent spraying,design human-computer interaction interface;(4)Study the connection and communication control of intelligent control systems;(5)Designing the user program for the wooden door spray control.This paper designed the nozzle with its linear relationship between speed and flow,and its control system.The human-computer interaction interface was designed to realize the connection control.The control program of the wooden door intelligent spraying was programmed to realize the intelligent spraying operation of the wooden door to achieve more stable spraying.The quality improves the spraying efficiency,reduces the coating loss,and improves the working environment of the spraying operation.
