Research On Safety Investment Of Petrochemical Construction Project Based On Cost Analysis

The study on the safety investment and related safety benefits into the petrochemical construction project,aiming to scientific decision-making for safety investment,and improving the safety performance of the enterprise has an important significance.Based on the statistics of the several annual safety investments by a project of N company,summarized the study of domestic and foreign literature based on economics,the paper analyzed the characteristics of safety investment and the cost of safety failure which is originated from investment and benefits in the safety economic theory.The evaluation model is put forward and safety economic benefit calculation method based on guaranteed safety level.The ratio of composition factors among the guarantee-purpose safety cost is concluded through analyzing the correlation between items of guarantee-purpose safety cost and safety benefits.The research is purposed on improving safety performance,seeking out the optimum reign of safety investment,thereof initiative safety management is achieved.Also,the research has certain reference significance for other enterprises about safety investment.Firstly,we classified and defined the cos of petrochemical construction project in this paper.The influence factors of safety investment and the correlation of the guarantee-purpose safety cost and the cost of safety failure also have been analyzed.Secondly,the cost of safety failure is defined and the ratio of direct loss and indirect is presented.Thirdly,the safety benefit has been analyzed including the relationship of safety investment and safety benefits.Finally,the safety cost rate is analyzed,and the grey correlation degree is concluded from an analytical model which is set up according to grey correlation,so as to seek the optimum safe cost in certain guaranteed safety level.
