However, construction enterprises always paid little attention to safety management in our construction projects, there dominant positions of security responsibility are not reflected, and construction accidents occur frequently. The great size of the investment and employees of construction projects make the safety incidents consequences be more serious, not only the construction industry's main contribution to the national economy are not reflected, and resulted the lost of construction industry's own.The paper according to the basic logic and clues from practice awareness to explore ways to the theory methods, and then to the practice of using, this paper discussed the construction business how to determine the construction accident lost, the security investment and the security benefits, under the influence of a number of factors. To identify the focus factors of construction safety management in order to better implementation of the security control of construction enterprises.Firstly, the paper descript the definition of construction, introduce the development of China's construction safety management; It shows that the production safety situation which China's enterprises are faced is still grim; Then it brought out the purpose and significance of this paper research, and define the main content and research methods of this paper. And then, it analysis the influencing factors of the construction safety management in construction enterprises from both internal and external of enterprises, it brought construction enterprises a better understanding of their own insecurity and other relevant agencies.Next, it analysis the concept,classification and quantitative formula of construction accidents and lost,security investment and safety benefit chapter by chapter, it estimates safety management indicators which not Convenient to direct calculation. It design the safety benefits table which can sum indicators associated with safety-benefit analysis in a construction enterprise.
