Drum shearer three sections of fuselage lateral arrangement is currently the most widely used structure form,hydraulic tension bar is the important coupling of shearer body,its role is to connect left&right traction unit and electric control box as a whole,hydraulic tension bar connection reliability related to the ability to work of the whole shearer.The connection of hydraulic tension bar is screw thread connection,rely on hydraulic stretch or Hydraulic nuts to preload,the main hydraulic tension bar failure mode is fatigue fracture.For failures of hydraulic tension bar fatigue fracture,by analyzing the load characteristics and working conditions of hydraulic tension bar,reading at home and abroad screw connection as well as mechanical equilibrium theory of spatial rigid body member,surveying hydraulic tension bar working conditions and failure modes,around hydraulic tension bar load characteristics and fatigue life carried out a lot of research.Researched the basic theory of triangle screw connection,analyzed the main factors affecting the fatigue life of the hydraulic tension bar,providing a theoretical basis for the study of hydraulic tension bar loads and fatigue life;Established the shearer system space loading matrix balance equation,got hydraulic tension bar load calculation method,provide the basis for obtaining the hydraulic tension bar load;Gonging on shearer cutting coal wall test in National Energy coal mining equipment R&D(experiment)center,hydraulic tension bar work load spectrum obtained by the pressure sensor ring,analyzed the hydraulic tension bar load characteristic data,provided analysis basis for the study of the hydraulic tension bar fatigue life;using ANSYS Workbench to research the mechanical properties on the department hydraulic tension bar with threaded,get the stress road map of thread root portion;According to the hydraulic tension bar test load spectrum,using nCode software to calculate the maximum damage points and fatigue life on thread,providing design basis for improving the parameters of hydraulic tension bar with thread as well as tension bar and connector body design.The research results have important significance on extending hydraulic tension bar operating hours and enhancing shearer working efficiency.
